Bugis Museum

An educational museum where you learn about the origin of Bugis in Malaysia. Many historical items were kept in there. In addition, it is a great place to bring your family here because there are also some recreational park and restaurant.

Spending your holiday time should be nice at this history museum with your children and family. Free entry but consider to donate some money for renovations and other else.

There is some stalls/cafeteria beside and the toilet is behind the museum.

A very small but informative museum with lots of artifacts and introduction to Bugis culture.
No entrance fee but we can make donations so that the place is well maintained.

Which you can spend 20 to 30 minutes here to gain the knowledge of Orang Bugis.
You may ask person in charge the story of cups (Hang Li Po).
The end of the road is strait Melaka, you may climb up a 3 storeys "tower" to see the great views.

This place is awesome, so much old artifacts . Forgot to take the old keris etc pictures. Good learning ground for the young.

Beautiful collection of artefacts. The owner is friendly who speaks malay and hokkien fluently. Entry is free but do contribute some money to help with the upkeep of the museum

Privately maintained by locals here, where you can learn about the heritage of Bugis people, their ancestors, how they came over to the mainland, artifacts, and collection of Bugis antiques will amaze your visit.

There is also about three food stalls where they serve local dishes and cuisines in a very kampung atmosphere beside the museum. The best dishes certainly Mak Jah's Mee Goreng Mamak Daging and Mee Hoon Goreng Kampung Daging coupled with Pak Ajis's Ginger Pull Tea certainly will make you want more.

Curator is very friendly and will also show you around. No fee is charged but you can give small donations as well. A good place to go if you are making an academic research.

going for the seaside even it's not worthy, trashy, sad to see all those TT, somehow the view is pretty okay
