Umobile kluang jalan haji manan has the worst staff to serve their customers. Malay lady who attended my case on 17oct2023 was the worst front desk service executive that i encountered.

1) rude
2) not friendly
3) not attentive enough to answer customer queries
4) absolutely no respect for another human being

At least umobile should go through their candidates profile before hiring such person or if you are too pity to sack your staff, the least you could do is to send your staff for basic customer service training.

at last, the branch manager called and asked me the entire story and after a long conversation he apologised on behalf of his staff and thats it. The issue has calmed just like that. to be honest i was expecting the staff to apologise to me, but that didnt happen.

please improve your service & staff hiring process or else, you are going to lose alot more customers.

Dua² pekerja yg truk sorg free hair sorg brtdung....layan acuh tak acuh mnyombong. Aku bertanya so jawab la elok² ni jawab mcm nk kne kahak je. Ttup je lah.

Staff perempuan sorang free hair tu sombong nak mam. Mybe dia owner umobile thats why dia sombong nak mam. Kita tanya baik2. Dia jawab bongkak. Dan no eye contact. Kau ingat aku hadap sgt ke dgn kau?? Kwajo

Bad Servis. Nk tutup simkad wifi punyalah lambat. lastx bagi jawapan cakap kene bayar yg bulan depan sekali. bagitahu nak tukar plan dari Celcom ke Umobile punyalah harix call suruh cepat. Staf x mesra pelanggan better kerja tempat lain lahh

Line tiba tiba urgen sahaja, waktu tempuh masih lame,paket data masih Ade, top up Ade, itu nombor dah hampir 5 tahun.. lalu nak ganti musti pakai id Malaysia/IC , tapi dulu saye registrasi pakai i-kad/permit .. saya orang Indonesia ... Dan pekerja dekat situ cakap kami hanya layani orang Malaysia ... Kecewa saye sebagai pelanggan setia U mobile
