Hotel Anika

I loved this hotel and wish I could stay longer. There was a fellow to open the door for me! The room has recently been refreshed, with new laminate timber flooring and a clean look.

The bed was comfortable, not quite soft. It had a good desk with properly working internet and a frig that actually worked. The TV had lots of channels with three in English.

The hotel is well located, on the edge of the central city but had the railway station a few minutes walk in one direction and the bus station in the other.

Hotel Anika is about 400m away from the Kluang KTM station. It's nice walk on a good day except that the pedestrian walkways are not well defined and there are little to no traffic lights. If you are carrying luggage, recommend to just get a Grab which will cost you about 4 to 5 ringgit a trip.

Rooms are huge and clean, and service is great. The staff are warm, friendly and if it's raining, you can always borrow an umbrella from the front desk. Everything is just a short walk away whether to McDonald's, 7 Eleven and other amenities.

Love this hotel, would recommend it for a lovely night's sleep.

Will stay here again if I am in Kluang.

All the staff including security and cleaning team are most accommodating and give you a homely feel. This is the special touch....

The only gripe about this hotel is the fairly low ceiling... It's old but very well maintained and everything works.

My rating is for the room only. Didn't explore other area : room cozy and well-maintained. got parking for guest at basement. No room photo, only the view of Kluang taken from 9th floor room :)

First time staying here. Surprising a reasonably nice hotel. Recently renovated with Wifi6!!! Super duper fast internet connection. New clean bedsheets, pillow case and comforter and towels. Came with toiletries, refrigerator, sofa set, iron board and beverages. Had a nice view of the mountains in frontnof our room. Service staff good. Highly recommended.

Old hotel but very clean and the room i stayed in seemed newly furbished. Love the mattress and pillows, so comfy. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Overall highly recommended

Love how strategic this hotel is. 5minutes walk from the railway station.24-hourour mamak shop right across. And there are container food stalls too.The room that I took( premier suite) was huge! It seriously can fit possibly about 6 pax. It has a carpeted floor. The toilet, however, is a tad small because of the bathtub and There is a huge balcony, and we got to see some fireworks that happened that night, which was awesome.
Bfast was really basic but it's ok. This hotel is really comfortable to stay when you are in kluang town.

Receptionist very helpful. Floor clean, when I say clean, its mean moving the chairs and table, and no dust at all. Also good move, install vinyl floor, more cleaner than carpet obviously. So overall puas hati. Kecuali tilam la keras sikit. Oh and breakfast variety not much, taste ok, tapi tak banyak choice.

Plus point, for the first time I pergi hotel, front desk a girl wearing niqab. Bagus management 👍🏻

Perfect hotel stay. Large n clean rooms, good service. The bed n pillows were very comfortable. Shower has excellent pressure n heating. Location central, 10min walk to Kluang Mall. Coffee shops n convenience stalls within walking distance. Hotel has open air n basement carpark. Very safe. Will definitely come back

Stayed 3d2n. Room was clean, bathroom in good condition, just abit of mould near the sink on the silicon glue but not a big deal. Great room view of the city. Walking distance to many fnb, convenient stores and bank. Staff also friendly. Didn't try the breakfast or other hotel amenities. The room itself is quite big and spacious. Highly recommended hotel

Rooms and premise are kept clean. Even with a skeleton crew. Fast food McD/KFC & Domino's are within 5 minute walk. Breakfast needs a lot of work; it used to be good. Staff are friendly and try their best.

In a old city like Kluang, this is one of the best hotel you can get.

Love the aircon that you can change temperature. The cleanliness(even the floor) and the size of room for family are good. Strictly non smoking for the level and there’s penalty. Thumbs up! Very comfortable for family with children. Strategic location. Price is worthy for the good service and lovely room. Will definitely stay here again if coming.

We are very happy to host our relatives and friends (9 rooms) from Singapore who were staying in Kluang for 2 nights. The location is perfect to reach out all good foods, shops and malls. The room is spacious with very reasonable price. Strongly recommended and Welcome to Kluang.

I've been with this hotel almost 30 years!! Whenever I come here for visiting or holiday. It's the most convenient n clean hotel in this town.

The best and most luxurious hotel in kluang. Very popular. However the breakfast is not good. Better to skip the breakfast and eat nearby.

Fantasic Hotel with 1st class stuff. Initially aircon was faulty when checked in. Informed the reception and technician immediately went up for repairs. After servicing for an hour, everything was perfect.

Location of hotel was near so many places for food and local shopping.

Definitely coming back again for sure. Prices are also very reasonable.

One of the best hotel i could find here in kluang. Free Parking in front of the hotel. Lobby ok clean and organised. Lift was fast, room was clean with mineral water provided. There was 2 sofa in the room. Water heater working. Overall, a good stay.
