I had to change my lock since the keys were changing hands between contractors and workers during house renovation. While looking around, i stumbled upon this locksmith and was assisted by Jimmy. Knowing my budget, he got the perfect lock (Kaadas from Germany) just the way i wanted. He also advised not to go for china brands that are generally cheaper, but most often comes with many issues later. My young kids no longer need to ring the door bell for me to open the door (they don't carry keys), they can open the door with their finger prints. This is so convenient and the fact that we don't need to carry house keys along anymore. Thank you for your professional service and advise. P/S pictures of the old and the new lock.

Going there was quite challenging for me, knowing that Kepong is a developed city with traffic jam 😂 30mins for just 15km distance. However, I did not regret meeting TSY lock, they surely know what they are doing. I have a set of security door from Italy to be duplicated. I though they might be the same like 4-5 locksmiths that I went before with disappointment result, however, TSY don't do that. They have all the spare keys and the equipment. It was expected that the security key is expensive however I believe it is still reasonable priced. Kudos TSY locksmith, you solved my problem 👍
