Taman Ehsan Health Clinic

I went to the clinic for medical check up. I’ve been calling them for few times, but no one answered the calls. That was frustrating. So I decided to walk-in and of course, with low expectations. But, as soon as I arrived, everything changes.

Let me start from the counter itself, nurses are nice! Even though the weather are extremely hot outside, but they’re still there to help assist me. I remembered Mr Nasa lend me his phone WIFI to help me secured my appointment on MySejahtera app. Mr Malek also remind me to come back at 1:30pm for my appointment. They also explained that there has been an issue with the phone lately. Hence, call’s can’t get through. So that answered my question why my call cant get through.

I managed to got there at 1:30PM, grab my number and waited for about 15mins, then my number pop up! I paid RM1 for the medical check up. Then I waited again for about 10mins until the nurse from Triage B called my number. I forgot to ask the nurse from Triage B (she’s petite & had headscarf on) She too was so nice, calm and very helpful.

Had my urine test, eye & body check up. Overall, the process end around 2:45PM! To me, that was fast for KK appointment. Before I left the clinic, I went and thank them for helping me out that day.

So yah, friendly reminder to all, if you want people to treat you nicely, be polite, greet & talk to them nicely. If you can’t stand waiting for long queues, choose private hospital instead. So far, I had a good experience at KK Taman Ehsan. Highly recomended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Extra Tips :
1. If you dont want to wait, book appointment on MySejahtera before you go. If you have secured your slot, just walk in to the counter inside the clinic, dont have to wait outside.
2. If your appointment at 2PM, come back around 1:15PM / 1:30PM to queue for your number. Be fast to grab your number.
2. Please put on your face mask & bring water with you to keep you hydrated.

Visited the clinic at around 2:30 pm, and it was fast and smooth outpatient (walk-in) service.

I am happy with the services provided by Klinik Taman Ehsan, Desa Jaya, Kepong. It is well organized, fast, 100% better. I agreed that one or two staff are not that friendly but it's okay as we don't know whether they too are not well or what problem they have as they are humans too. My highest respect to all of those on duty.

These angels have to face the danger, public grievances, uphold quality, safety and hygiene, maintenance, etc. I had a fall and the doctor was good, check & xray me and give meds.

Then, my tooth was also in pain after the fall. I went up to see the Dentist. They were super fast, amazing and they were like 5 star dentist consultant, really sit down to explained and checked it properly. I was like "wow", salute. The Dr was Chinese Gentleman, Dr D.C and second visit to pull out was Indian Lady. Dr.G. Both was giving 10/10 service. I can only say, THANK YOU.

Last 2 years, my office RC was helping front liners with free hygiene stuffs, I sent it personally too. Sent gloves, sanitizer, face shield and water bottles. Arrived in the clinic when it was pouring so heavily. I saw the guard even use umbrella to help visitors to car.

Recently, on 28/11/23, I visited Dentist again with cracked molar tooth and great doctor try to save it with fillings and antibiotics first. He said come back after a week to see if still painful, then pull. I was there from 7.30am until 9.15am.

Then, I went down to the clinic since my BP shot up to 179 and doctor asked me to go down to check and get meds. At the clinic, I realized they have like time slots and limited numbers for every hours but I waited for the next slot at 10am for 30 minutes and then after that the flow was good, I managed to see Dr, get my medicines and out by 11.20.

To me, it's really good, fast and efficient. Only thing is I just realized that the pharmacy dispensed short on one out of 4 medicine as the front label stated 30 pills for two weeks @ 3 times a day but the back sticker stated RM2.00 (10 tab) and I received only 10 pills. My tooth is so tender and painful to the slightest touch when I close my mouth.

Overall, all the staff in the KK Taman Ehsan and the KK Dental upstairs are just simply amazing. They are great, I love and salute all of them.

Make prior appointments before visit the dentist. Not too long wait and very affordable price. Ofc bigger surgery would need some waiting time like months but overall it’s a good option.

I rated this 5 * for the pharmacists as they have been helping me for years to solve my medication issue. The doctors here are nice and I do understand they are very hard to maintain their performance with overcrowded elderly patients and most of them have problem understanding and hearing. Sometime the whole clinic looks like the pasar borong with people talk loudly here and there. If you are not on budget on blood testing, I will recommend to outsource some lab to get the test done and return here for the follow up and medication collection. With the overcrowded patients plus covid, blood test results might takes almost a month and sometimes error happens. (Hello, you pay RM 1/5 for consultation and meds, what do you expect?) And I have done this for many years and works well for me.

Well experienced Dr will chit chat with grandma on health issues, the malay girl that speaks chinese at the farmasi also amazes me, multicultural best, keep up the good work, and most importantly, she simp. 😶theres another cute girl at the farmasi, I didnt say anything, then the Malay girl shouted her name, when we are leaving… loll, thanks. Nama Dia Serene? 😳

Staff nurse sangat baik. Ubat pun okey, if u need more medicine please request dari doktor. Try avoid morning 8-10. If u guys come at 12pm, it wud be less crowd.

Useful n quick for medical both professional n G.P. available.

5 star utk KK ni..semua staf sangat mesra..dari pendaftaran hinggalah ke bilik rawatan. dah sebulan ulang alik ke sini utk buat dressing luka operation suami. Sblum ini blum pernah datang dptkan rawatan di sini. Semua MA pun sangat baik.. buat rawatan dgn sgt teliti dan cermat..setakat ini hanya pernah 2 kali jumpa doktor.. Dr. Gouri yg terbaik.. layan pertanyaan kami dgn sabar dan byk beri panduan utk kami..KK tmn ehsan terbaik.👍👍👍👍👍 ... Teruskan jadi yg terbaik.. 🤩

Anak 9bulan demam terus datang sini, service cepat sebab ada kaunter khas untuk treat demam batuk selsema sakit tekak.

Cabut gigi semalam 27//6/2022 di sini. Tapi saya dah buat temu janji dulu awal. Dalam masa 15 minit sahaja semua urusan dah selesai. Dr kaunter pendaftaran sampai laa ke doctor cabut gigi semua layanan baik2. So please make appoitment and come on time.
