Have been here three times with both cat and dog. Service is excellent and consultation rates are very reasonable. If you're thinking of going, it's best to call ahead to make an appointment. Best to go are early morning and after lunch to get parking space.

Pleasant atmosphere. Very helpful and pleasant staff as well as the doctors. Doctors also seem very experienced and professional. Not too serious and very mindful of what or how they say things to explain to us. Went to a few other vets but couldn't help my cat with her open wound after a very bad neuter operation from another vet quite sometime ago. I am very thankful for Shakalaka. They knew how to help my cat. Also, I love the name Shakalaka. Sounds fun and friendly to me 😉💜

Friendly staff & the vet/doc who handled my cat was very nice too👍🙏. Very reasonable price for vaccine and there was NO registration fee charged unlike some other clinics😬

This is my 4th visits to clinic, you will know your pet/s in good hand by the looks of the way of doctors & staffs handling them. Not only the cost is affordable but their services deserved 5 stars rating. The service are excellent. They are so caution before vaccine my female dog and they check either my dog are pregnant or not before proceed the vaccination.

I recently came here last week if I'm not mistaken and my fur babies were treated with anti fungal cream. This cream they gave works like magic and it was only RM 20.. definitely the best vet care in sabah

I really appreciate their service and friendly staff. I think this is by far the most affordable private clinics I have visited. The doctor was empathic towards my dog's conditions and gave us alot of advice and help to think about suitable options for solutions. Only downside is its far from my home😂
