We had an excellent experience with BRO for our Honda City car rental! Their communication was 10/10 from booking online, to picking up the car at KK airport arrivals and to dropping off at departures. The car was very clean, came with a phone stand as we requested and smelled fresh. They were also very flexible with our scheduled drop off time. Will definitely rent from BRO again in the future.

Airport pick-up and drop-off were both smooth like butter. Little white Axia revved a little loud sometimes (without the power to match) but brought us everywhere without issues.

Seamless hassle-free pickup and drop-off at the airport. Honest and transparent pricing breakdown and very clear T&C's. The car was also in excellent condition, felt like a new vehicle with how well-maintained it was.

The team was very responsive and communicative, always responding to queries within seconds. The entire process was very smooth, it was genuinely impressive.

Upon making payment online with the website, I was provided with contact information of team members who would be handling our vehicle collection way in advance and with detailed steps on how and where to collect it. I never felt as though I was unclear on what to do next, although it was my first time renting a car in KK (assuming possible different procedures etc from Semenanjung).

We managed to pick up our vehicle at the arrivals gate and settled all remaining checks, contract signing and payment easily within 15min. Same with drop-off at departures, swift checks and collection of the vehicle within 10 mins so we could proceed to our airport check-in with no interruption.

We accidentally scratched the side of the car above the tire and informed the team accordingly, who came back to us quickly on the estimated costs for us hirers to pay as it was our responsibility. Even that was very efficient as it was cleared within a couple hours, so we prepared sufficient cash for the minor damages.

Shoutout to Ibrahim who was on standby for our vehicle collection and made the whole process very quick and easy. Really friendly team with efficient customer service. Will definitely rent again through BRO Car Rental if I return to Sabah soon. Thank you!

I recommend BRO Car Rental. A new, clean Honda, 7k km mileage, fast contact, hotel pick up right on time. Reasonable price for county border crossing, must pay for that in Borneo. Other companies wanted more. 2 weeks trip around Sabah with no problems.

The service provided by BRO Car Rental was top-notch! Definitely recommended. We rented a myvi for our 4 day trip to Sabah & the car was in excellent condition when we received it. It served us well on our drive from KK to Kundasang and back down. It was a seamless process to get the car and return it at KKIA. Will definitely find them again if we are every travelling to Sabah again.

Superb service! No waiting at all if you place order in advance. All well arranged for first step from the airport to the departure door. Lovely red Myvi, it's clean, new and perfect. Their service is tip top and I got a parking compound/saman during the trip asking them for paying in favor as I have not enough time. Given RM30 according to the bill, and they even transfer RM15 back to me since they paid it earlier and got discount. The best rental company since I have been traveling so much for work.

I was surprised with the Perodua Axia that I rented. I have driven many Axia before but this one is different. It’s more powerful, the undercarriage bushings were at Tiptop condition and lastly the Aircond was cold all the times. Well maintained car. 👍
