This is a hidden gem yo people around Kota Kinabalu. It's calm. It's cooling early morning or evening.
Great place to overlook the city. Tar road throughout. Only quite steep, so, make sure your care in good condition.
Love this place.

Very good for astrophotographer, low light pollution. But the area really hard to reach especially if you using low cc car. Once you get here you will not regret it.

Suggestion, make a place for stargazer to set a tent. Camping site to be precise + some toilet n bathroom. I dont mind to pay any fee, this place deserved it.

Nice and dark, windy and cool.. It was 22 degrees and perfect for watching the stars when we went up to Watch the meteors... Every now and again the clouds rolled in....great view of KK from the top...

One tough hiking spot, even cars struggle to reach the top. Good view of Kinarut - Tanjung aru. Binoculars recommended

A plains that is free from freakish light pollution located in viccinity of Kota Kinabalu City. Best for Astrophotography activities and outdoor camping
