Definitely worth the visit if you have time while in Kundasang.

Soaking your feet was okay but canopy walk is a must. It's a bit of a hike but worth the effort.

The Hot Spring area is really well-maintained. we also enjoyed exploring the botanical area and seeing all of the different butterflies and bugs that they had on display found a stick bug and a really cool spider and definitely worth the trip. Also, it's worth noting that if you buy a ticket to enter Kinabalu Park, it works here as well so save your ticket.

Tiket : RM10 / PERSON (Malaysian Citizen) only for Rock Bath , Kipungit Waterfall. Add RM3 again for another swimming pool.
Parking : Full Parking . Need to park outside
Waterfall : You must have a bottle of water . You have to walk from the bathtub there.
Have improvement before this.
I think this place should place more Big Dustbin.
Amazing Place to visit

Good place to tour even doing the canopy walk. Breathtaking scenery and be careful with canopy walk that you choose designated photographer as you will need to pay a fee. But be careful you have something to keep camera safe as you will lose it if you drop and may not be able to recover your camera/phone.

I would recommend going to Hot Spring as part of a tour group. Not sure I would recommend swimming or wading in the hot spring as not sure how clean the water is.

My visit to Poring Hot Spring in Sabah was an incredibly rejuvenating and memorable experience. Nestled within the lush rainforests of Borneo, this natural hot spring sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to unwind in a tranquil setting.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Poring Hot Spring is its beautiful natural surroundings. Surrounded by towering trees and the sights and sounds of the jungle, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The mineral-rich hot spring waters flow through a series of open-air tubs and pools, each offering a different temperature, allowing you to find the perfect soak.

The hot springs are known for their therapeutic properties, and the sensation of immersing oneself in these warm, mineral-infused waters is truly soothing. It's particularly great for relieving sore muscles or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful environment. In addition to the hot springs, Poring also offers nature walks and treks, including the well-known canopy walkway that takes you high into the treetops. The lush greenery and abundant flora and fauna make it a nature lover's paradise. Don't forget to visit the nearby Poring Orchid Conservation Center to see a wide variety of beautiful orchids.

The facilities at Poring Hot Spring are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful, providing guidance and information about the area. There's also a small cafe where you can grab refreshments and snacks.

Overall, Poring Hot Spring is a true gem in Sabah. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, seeking relaxation, or interested in experiencing the therapeutic benefits of hot springs, this place has it all. It's a serene and picturesque retreat that allows you to connect with nature while enjoying the soothing warmth of the natural hot springs. My visit left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sabah.

1) kipungit 15 mins walk from the entrance to reach
2) langanan 2 hours walk. This one is recommended.

Superb place to spend time if you love outdoor adventure. We thoroughly enjoy the hanging bridge. A total of 5 bridges. Each of them connected via 5 large trees. Each span about about 80m to 100m in length. Nice view from the bridge and the interconnection platform. Bear in mind, please wear proper attire as you'll need to climb/hike up considerable distance/height before reaching the hang bridge first check point. Sportshoes if you like as well. We then head up to Kipungit waterfall. Just walk about 500m from the bridge entrance/exit gate. Nice waterfall. There is another one ahead. Need to further walk about 3km if you want to go to Langanan waterfall. We do not try the hot water bath as they are crowded with visitor. Overall, superb place to visit while in Sabah. Certainly one of the best. From thewhitehairedguyandfamily

We visited the canopy for bird watching purpose.

The canopy was well maintained. I felt excited and yet scared when I was walking on the suspension bridges.

We saw many beautiful birds up at the canopy walk and pleasantly surprised. Took many photos of the birds.

It was about 2 hour trekking(up and down) at a moderate pace.

It's really tranquil to be in such serene nature.

Entrance was RM10 for malaysian adult, malaysian senior citizen is free of charge, car parking within the hotspring's carkpark is RM 5; canopy Entrance fee was RM 5 per person.

Only one thing that disappointed me- the butterfly park was not open when we visited. Its closed every Monday for maintenance.

Great canopy walk and cool swim on the rockpool after 😅 Change rooms okay. Get there early...we arrived @ 10am and left by 12 when it got busier. Stopped by Mt Kinabalu on the way back to KK for an hour to walk around the base on trails. Great day...left @ 720am in a grab for 200RM to Poring...lunch outside Poring at the roadside for 8RM! (driver decided to stay, wait and take us back via Kinabalu) Home by 430...500 RM for the round trip for 5.5 hrs driving 👍

Not quite a big fan of this place, but things were organised and clean. Do plan your trip and come early, as most of the places inside close by 4pm. Quite crowded.

Do plan your trip. To reach here from Kundasang, I took more than an hour as I am not familiar with the roads at Sabah. Lots of activities you can explore here, but try to go early if you plan to do that. I was late and arrived, so not much i can do. The common area is very clean. Aside from hot spring pools, they also offer you a butterfly park, canopy walk and poring garden, tropical garden and waterfalls. I can't remember the charges cost me but there is some small amount to be paid at the booth. I saw a few lodges. Looks cozy.

A tropical retreat that caters to everyone in a small tourist resort. Poring is situated in lowland rainforest which was gazette as a nature reserved. Apart from the hot spring, there are other attractions such as Butterfly Farm, Canopy Walkway, Waterfalls and Bat Cave. Beautiful!! Visited on November 2019.
