Everything cheap here.
Improve on the public facilities, Surau dah upgrade, Tandas pun sama.

Very low price and worth every visit, but need to remind you, there is Custom check at the Exit point, potentially you need to pay Tax at RM10.00 at least.

Huhu goodluck!
But worth every penny!

Good price if looking for imported tableware like corelle, pyrex and so on. Also available local snack or fruits which unlikely you will find on other part of malaysia. Dont forget to try ice cream and fruits with “colek”, they were located somewhere under shades of big trees in the center of the market.
There is only one way in, the only way out is via the custom gate, they will check your buying items and probably charge you 10% tax, but most of the time they only charge small amount tax, in my case they charge 10% out of 10% from my total spending, so total tax was actually 1%
Surau and food courts available inside, but you may want to have your meal near to Pantai Sabak for more fresh seafoods, it is not very far from pengkalan kubor

Whether you are in Kota Baru for work or on holiday, your trip is not complete unless you put Pengkalan Kubor down in your itinerary.

Border shopping is, perhaps, one of the most talked about things-to-do by Malaysians

For women, there are several outlets selling blouses of the latest designs, head scarves, Pashmina shawls screaming popular brand logos in numerous colours and, of course, copies of big name brands for shoes and handbags.

I really love this place because of it price and availability of products. The price is cheap and awesome but bear in mind , the police/kastam will ask for the receipt and charge a tax based on how much you spent. The products are genuine and a lot. I love this place 🥰.

Variety of shop lots available with some free duty zone shop with home wares chocolates and other. Toys are abundant. Cloth, shoes and bags... Are also available.
The shop require some bargaining, however some shop has fixed price.
You can take a trip to tak Bai if you brought a passport with you. It's take 3 ringgit for and back for a person. The tricky part is in Thailand where you need to find the place to chop, as so you have both exit and entrance chop
Variety of product 5 star
Cleanliness 4 star
Toilet facilities 5 star
Pricing 4 star
Overall 5 star

For those who does not like crowded people, I suggest you all can come and buy here on Sunday until Thursday. If you come on weekends (Friday and Saturday), maybe you can't find parking and need to face a lot of people. Chocolaté also have at here and with affordable price but it is sold in market, not in the stall. Colourful umbrella is a common place to take some picture at here as a memory.

My mom all time favorite place. The sellers in there are nice. They are sweet talkers. Will persuade you until you buy their items. But this time when i went to visit, it seem amount of the shops that opened were so low. Really went here to grab some cashew nuts, dried flavored squids, pistachio and so on. The price range also affordable.
