very nice hotel. comfortable and friendly services. got breakfast

Room was neat, everything function but toilet was smelly.

Service was great, very attentive.

Location abit far from main road, i went for oate checkin thus, arrived at night. The road was abit dark along the way but we managed to arrive safely.

Overall experience, it was great.

It's like a better version of a Hotel Seri Malaysia. You get the rustic old feel of the hotel, but not that old.

The swimming area is nice, definitely catered to children as it's not deep at all. Maybe 4 foot at most?

Breakfast provided was nice, tasteful as well. It's like a hidden gem of Tok Aman. I wonder why my family and I never heard of it.

Facilities are well maintained, and there are other activities to choose from such cycling and kayaking in the "river?".

Definitely recommended.

Absolutely lovely & nice place. Rooms so big. View so beautiful. Privacy. Border Terengganu-Kelantan. Foods are heaven😋. Satar & keropok are everywhere. Near jetty Kuala Besut to Pulau Perhentian. Now are durian season. So cheap & fresh. Pasar malam nearby on Saturday. I wanted to eat everything😂. Overall, i will comeback

1. The room is very spacious, with a bath tub and balcony. The breakfast is okay.
2. Pool is huge!
3. Plenty of activities you can enjoy here including indoor and outdoor!
4. The view is outstanding!

1. It is very hard to make a reservation thru direct hotel.

Honest Review,

The room is big and very spacey. But the furniture so old. Tv, bed, hair dryer, air conditioning. Change to Netflix instead of Tv3. Cleanliness very poor, towel kepam, need more carpet in this room.

Outdoor activities is very good. Never try the food because local good is awesome here.

Biggest room ..need basic maintenance and improve on breakfast menu /services .

Beautiful resort. Room is huge with lake view. Facilities tip top... I love Bali concept.

Best place to stay of youre in Tok Bali. Great resort, suitable for family stay. Facilities are adequate, but may need to improve on breakfast as there were less variety.

Very nice hotel environment, friendly staff. Beach are nearby, swimming pool is big. Should be a good place to spend 3 days 2 nights vacation. The facilities are a bit old, especially the air cond.

The Resort was an owesome, latest interior design, quite, quit far from town, nearby the beach. But, we can't swim at this area because the waves are big and dangerous. The resort surrounded by the natural mangroves lake, really nice to spend our weekend here. But, the location of the resort was a bit isolated, so preferably using your own transport to get here.

Cool place, cozy.....there is an eatery outside of the resort to get decent food. The in house cafe serves good food too at affordable price. Staffs were very polite and helpful, clean room, beautiful surrounding. Good place for family and relaxation.

Front desk- friendly, full of smile and helpful staff.
Room- spacious, cozy only toilet with bit stinky.
Breakfast- delicious
Pool- open at 9am?! What?! Thats too late. Only 3hrs before we check out. Plus the water colour not so clear.
Overall- worth it!. Fully recommended. Will surely come again.

the place has a nice pool, fish pond, landscape, gym, library, and spa. there are also great outdoor activities such as kayaking at the lagoon and cycling. beautiful rooms. an enjoyable stay. i have visited here more than three times.

so i went there for 2 days and 1 night trip overall i like the view of the lake from my room...i enjoyed some activities like cycling along the beach and swimming in the pool(the pool is highly chlorinated btw) the room is fine but the lights in the room are a bit too dark for me...the tv has some cool movie channels and the foods are fine too...i recommend this place if you're looking for a short-vacay

A peaceful resort near the beach and a lake with so much activities ( SPA , GYM , PLAYGROUND , LAKE ACTIVITIES , À HUGE POOL ...) the prices are good comparing to what it offers . The restaurant food Is nice ( I recommand pasta ) there's even meals for kids .
The staff are nice and welcoming
It's a perfect getaway from city's noise for you and the kids so hope you visit it and enjoy it !

Nice place at Pasir Puteh Beach. The resort building shape like a ship with a pool in the middle...

Well, the pool havent finish repair yet but bc of this the kayak and bikes are free, so yeah its good. The rooms are super nice. And they've got bath tubs. Yeah good, very good. Got food cupon and the food there definitely kelantanese taste.
