Ample parking space. The food serving is very fast. The owner's daughter recommended a few dishes with the appropriate portion to avoid food wastage. We had a great time enjoying the food at the new place.

It's easy to find parking as you can park at the roadside..the lady is very friendly and you can ask for the dish recommended..fresh seafood when I ordered for the curry fish and squid..

Weekday lunch usually full house and take longer time to serve the food.

Fantastic seafood. Flavours were so good and the crab was big and had lots of meat. The sauce with this dish was perfect. They have some homemade drinks that were full of flavour, maybe a little too sweet though. Great service as well.

Went for lunch. The seafood was so fresh. Crabs were meaty, sweet and full of roe. Even so, the best of the rest was the fish head curry. Just the right amount of spice and chili oil and thick enough to coat extra servings of rice without feeling to stuffed.

The food is good, not too expensive. Tastes nice! Had the potato leaves, and curry fish head. Definitely recommend this if you're nearby.

The food is nice.
Price is slightly consider above average. The atmosphere a little too noisy inside the restaurant..it is better to sit out of the shop.

I have been here several times and the food never disappoints. Salted-egg mantis prawn and dry chili stir-fry squid are my go-to dishes. Their steamed fishes and also homemade tofu in claypot are yummy as well. I have yet to try a dish here that does not taste good, even the ala carte items like noodles with soup or fried rice are very good.

Food is as good as it gets. Kudos to the chef for cooking those delicious seafood and friendly service staff.
It is definitely worth more visits.

Nice and good foods. Highly recommended. We ordered balacan chicken, fried kapa, curry prawn, claypot tauhu, fried fish and fried Brocolli. All dishes nice and we enjoying.

Chai seafood never disappoints me and my guest each time we go there to try new dishes. Recommended dishes stingray curry(pretty big portion), tofu with egg on hotplate, a must order for me is their curly long beans stirred fried with dried shrimp, another must order is their nestum prawn mantis or the salted egg prawn mantis (the batter for prawn mantis always light and crispy). I love the fact that they don't over cook the vegetable and it still crunchy.

Restaurant serves variety of seafood style dishes but slightly pricy understandably for the good quality servings.

Food was nice and affordable. Dishes were cook just nice as some places might over flavoured. Place is with air conditioning, so don't worry about the hot weather.
