🐣 This place is a little far into the village, with a road that is only 1 car wide. Paid entry and parking.

🐣 If you want to eat in the river, you have to order in advance and they offer menu packages with varying prices.

🐣 I don't really understand the name of the menu, but I'm sure everything tastes very delicious. Worth coming back here. The Sambal is very delicious and fragrant, Daging Bakar also smells delicious and tasty, first time in my life I have eaten banana stems hahaha even white warm rice with Ikan Goreng also tasty Oh My God, I swallowed hard as I wrote this LOL

🐣 You can also see flocks of monkeys playing around but don't worry because they don't bother you.

hesitated to come here. but when we arrived it was beautiful. the water is clear. we are eating in the river. the area is nice. just need a bit if clean up at the toilets. the food are amazing especially the ikan pekasam and gulai batang pisang. we ordered a set. the portions are super big. alot of interesting rocks. should come here in swimming attires.

Hidden gem of Baling Kedah. Lovely environment while enjoying Malay local cuisine. Have to make reservations if you want to eat in the river. Just WhatsApp them. Need to order based on given menu package. Affordable price & yummy food! Tip: Don’t forget to bring a hat 🧢 there are toilets & surau at the premise so can change clothes there. Parking rm5 for car & rm3 for motorcycle

For those who want to feel live with natural environment this place is a good choice.. Must choosen.. The food, people n facilities all good.. Unique.. Just enjoy

We came here merely to check out what's the hype about the place. We just had lunch earlier in Sik town, so we were quite full when we arrived at the legong river.

Wanted to try the a la carte food but they told us it wasn't available when we came. So we ordered the lunch set (4 pax) but asked for half the portion since we're a group of two adults and one child.

From the videos we had watched of the place previously, the water level was at shin or ankle level. But when we came it was above knee level, this was probably due to rain the night before. Nevertheless it was all good for us. We ordered set C. Asam pedas fish (stingray), beef gulai. The beef gulai beef and Asam pedas were flavourful. Sambal belacan was spot on adding extra spiciness. Salted fish (ikan pekasam) added the salt and savoury taste to the palate.

The food here was delicious, the environment was unique and fun with all the kids playing in the river besides our table. One thing that bothered us at first was the insects that hovered and swarmed our water jug and drinks. We didn't know what it was but our concern was about the hygiene of the insects. We asked the staff about it and he told us that the insect was kelulut bees and not flies. So it was safe hygiene-wise.

After eating we took a dip in the clean cool river water. It was such a fun experience here. Definitely recommend.

The food is good but quite overpriced. Having lunch inside the river is not a new things for me but I don’t know why I feel special here. Maybe because I pay for it. The staff here is friendly.
Need to book in advance. Need to pay 5 ringgit for parking. Other facilities like toilet and surau is available here. They also have inflatable slide for kids.

Overall is ok but the taste of the food not as best as I expected but for those like kampung style dishes, this is a good place to try. River is so cold and you even can have your meal inside the river.

The place is a must visit for those never experience kampung style. Having meal and dipping legs at the river are totally new experience.

Been here twice and gladly the owner recognize us! The food remains superb as well as the cleanliness. Water was abit high on our arrival but upon booking, we manage to get a good spot for brunch! The menu comes in sets so it’s easier to select. Parking nearby the restaurant will be granted access once you’ve made booking.

The food was delicious but bit pricey for me.. but the place very clean and well managed. Got toilet and surau for muslims. The river was crystal clear and suitable for kids. I recommend if u bring ur own food or eat nearby restaurant (at the junction) before u enter.
