23 minutes for washing, another 23 minutes for drying. Total cost RM5.50 (warm) + RM4.50 (dry hot) to wash a fur blanket (200cmx200cm). So convenient, wash and dry at one place. It's my first time using this service. Did not take too much time to learn for a first time user. Every information needed were provided there.

Using new RM0.50 system... has WiFi... not a bad place to chill while doing your laundry.

Used dryer No. 9. Coins obtain for the changer machine but rejected by dryer machine and the 'press to return coin' button faulty. Called for careline, automated machine answered with no solution.

Went twice, instead of getting my clothes getting clean, some of them got marked with black stain. Dryer was unable to fully dry the clothes. Tried to pay via wave but got error issue after paid for extra time. Bad experience.

The indian girl, i don't know working here or not, so rude then asking money from me to use the machine as she said the cash machine got problem and "VISA is offline". Then i tried using VISA at the machine, it worked! She speechless...then try again to fool me by saying something mumbling like I'm first time user. The owner of this outlet or branch, please educates your staff about your product before hire them. Cleanpro Express : Taman Mutiara Melaka (no 250) one more thing, the indian girl was rude to me, the staff didn't wear a mask as SOP but she telling all the customer to scan mysejahtera and get the temperature to be check. But she didn't wearing a mask for SOP!!!
