Called Mr Yap & arranged for an appointment at this service centre & my brand new toshiba water heater which had flashing S sign indicating faulty grounding was repaired within 15mins by replacing a new pcb. Mr Yap is helpful & friendly. Thanks :)

Purchased rice cooker RC-18NMF via shopee and received on May 2022. Found leakage and sent to repair on 10 Aug 2022 until today (31 October 2022) yet to got it back. Seeking management to look into this. Very disappointed with such service and no responsibility.

Bad repairing service and taken long time for warranty claim and repair. Product selling price is cheapest but when come to warranty is bad. Very bad after sales service experience with Toshiba.
