I was served by a female SA (Izati) satisfied with the service given by her. Friendly & zero judgment. The crowd is fine I don’t have to wait. they have fluffy cozy couches in the waiting area. free umbrella & paperbag also cute little pouch with purchase. All collection is very limited but understandable. Never regret coming here.
