Staff let their customers (the whole family) cut the queue at KLIA airport (TG416/ 17 Feb) while other passengers are standing right at the counter. They just throw their passports on the counter and drag their luggages onto the belt like you don't exist.
The customers and tour guide will look at you with no shame, speak Malay to each other and also the airport staff, laugh at your face while they are cutting your queue like only their business matters.
