Friendly, efficient service all around, smooth luggage transport to boat and resort. Excellent check in process.

Ann at the Cafe was outstanding in going out of her way to be helpful and keeping the place tidy at the food service counter. Food was delicious with good selections of Malaysian and Western dishes.

At off season this place was peaceful and at several occasions pure solitude. Right off the pier there are half a dozen friendly fish species for easy snorkeling. The resort have done a good job with weekly mosquito fogging. Didn't encounter a single bite.

Do conserve resources and protect the fragile habitat of the island. That's why this place is justifiably expensive.

First trip out of Singapore post COVID was for Rawa Island: We had such marvelous memories

It didn't disappoint. Weather was beautiful, warm with just the right level of breeze. Water was pristine and warm. With our mask.from Decathlon, we enjoyed snorkling everyday, enjoying the view of corals, fishes and even the odd (small) sharks

Fantastic view to wake-up with before two minute walk for breakfast. Lunch, drinks.and.ice cream before reading, swimming, playing pool or just enjoying the view.

We hadn't done star-gazing for ages and it was magnificiant while a lightning storm was raging on the coast, 30 minutes away by boat from the island.

Last but not least, staff is super gratious and helpful.

Great gateway, 2 hours and half driving from Singapore. Private parking is safe and trip is uneventful as one would expect.

Paradise on earth! The snorkelling was fantastic, just like the Maldives. Beautiful white sandy beach and thriving coral reef. The accommodation was not of a 5 star standard, but as an eco resort, it was perfectly acceptable. The room rates are expensive, but I could let that slide after I spent a weekend here. The whole family enjoyed the holiday and we are excited to return after the monsoon season.

It is perfect place for snorkelling with children. Nice beach and coral which is located walking distance. Food was great and house keeping is clean. When I was in there, more than 90% were western family with small children. Parking at Mersing is easy and safe. Brain can be relax and thumb can be nothing to do because there is no TV, wifi and internet in each room.

Good place to do nothing. Atmosphere, view is for you to do nothing. No kettle, iron or tv. Bring your laptop is a must here. Service was good, room clean and the beach was just phenomenal

Mini heaven - we live in Singapore and go there for relaxing - 2 hours drive and 30 min boat..... Lovely staff, lovely rooms, great diving for beginners.... take good care of it

Excellent so far. Just checked in and waiting for the luggage. They took your luggage and separately send to your room.
So you just bring your peraonal bag and walk in

staffs were friendly / park our car there 2 nights..... all in good care so nothing to worry but if the aircon can be more colder it will be good....

Great to get away from all the stress. Beautiful beach. Unfortunately most of the coral close to the shore is dead.

Nice and friendly staff. Greeting when reaching the office door and politely handling customer.

Descent place with toilet and wifi. Let's your needs before departure to the island.

Next to car park and jetty. Toilet available and very clean.

Superbe ile, superbe resort, superbes plages de sable blanc et cocotiers, superbe faune et flore. Il restent encore des coraux mais ne n'est plus ce que j'ai connu il y a 15 ans.
Enfin les repas sont fantastiques, rien a dire.
Personnel au petit soin, amabilite exemplaire....ca fait du bien de retrouver tout cela.

De aquí salen los barcos a Tioman, lo tienen todo un poco desorganizado pero la buena voluntad de la gente que trabaja ahí te ayudará a planificar sin antelación una estancia en las islas que jamás olvidarás.
