KFC Mersing

We stumbled upon this KFC branch after failling to eat in seafood restaurants. Frankly speaking, I 'm not a big fans of KFC , but this branch is the best so far in terms of their food quality. The chicken was tender and moist, even the breast part which normally are dry. The drinks were different as compared to klang valley branches which offer pepsi. But you get ICED MILO here without paying extra .what a surprise.

It is definitely neat and high class. I have eaten at many KFCs.
All were good.
And this is also among them, but the management system and environment in this one is slightly better than other branches. All in all can be called high class.

This is always stopover for me during my drive up to Kuantan.
Fantastic chicken I would say compared to Singapore KFC.

KFC Mersing very nice setup & cozy. We hope can listen to soft pop music (english) would be better.
Very convenient

It's a two storey store which you can eat while looking around the Mersing town. You have to order your meal using those self ordering kiosk. The menu are just like in other KFC stores and so are their prices.

The store is spacious. It doesn't feel cramped despite having lots of customers. There's a lot seats and tables, for couples or huge families.

Staffs are polite and kind. The toilet is clean and everything works.

Overall it's a great experience, eating fried chicken while looking at Sungai Mersing.

Strategic place between mersing harbour and bus terminal..going back from tioman island

Staff is super friendly and helpful.

i went there during raya 2022 time..n only left burger n soft drink.. it's quite unexpected, still the staffs are friendly n d environment is comfortable

the service was excellent!!!and the most important the chicken taste still the same .and I wondering why now a days other outlet specially jb area taste suck even the colours of the chicken does not appear 🤔

Very fast and smiling service. One of the best fast food restaurants that I've met. The food cook's well and very generous in flavour. From Kuantan to Johor Bahru, this is very excellent quality fast food restaurants that i love to recommend.

The workers was very polite towards the customers. The customer service was very good and i'm very satisfied. I really enjoy eating at there. It is very clean and have a nice environment.

After returning from every Tioman trip, I will pop by here to grab lunch before heading to the bus interchange. This outlet never disappoints - today I had the Chizza which was incredible and I was very very satisfied. Very different from what I experience back home in Singapore. I read many bad reviews about the Chizza in Singapore but was totally amazed by KFC Mersing. The fries I had today was also brilliantly crispy and tasty (unlike soggy fries back home)! Top notch service from the staff as well - always smiling and ready to help. Perfect experience before leaving Mersing!😊😊😊

Conveniently located. Had to wait for the bus to go to JB and had time to spare so went here to have lunch during the wait. Food tastes as good as usual.

Mersing KFC have self order counter which it was convenient & less contact with people.
