Hard Rock VIP Guest House - Mersing

We checked in on 15th July late, 10.30pm. Mandy was very nice to text and checked if my journey was ok. Reminding me to drive safe. Arranged a self check in. Booked into a 5 bedroom appt. Appt is CLEAN. Parking was convenient and safe. Location is very strategic. Drive to the Mersing Harbour was less than 5 mins. Convenient store is right next door. Definately will come back again. Very nice and clean accommodation. Very spacious. The host was polite and waited to greeted us into the property even though our transport was running an hour behind. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Mersing.

Very clean. No mold between the tile at all I can assure you. Everything is so clean. It's better than I saw in the picture. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a hotel near by Mersing jetty. It's very near, and there the restaurants for you to choose from, not only Malay food, but Western food as well.

Best in class!! Transaction was smooth throughout. Mandy constantly connected with us, promptly and great ait of friendliness. The 5 room apartment was just amazing and exceed our expectation. We definitely will come back again next year for the yearly Mersing MTB Jamboree..Thanks Mandy and Eric, you both are Superstar Host!

Everything was perfect. Mandy contacted us on WhatsApp after our booking to organize ferry tickets to Tioman and also pick up from the bus station and to the ferry. The appartment is huge, clean, bright and friendly equipped. Thank you very much Mandy & Eric

The Guesthouse was in walking distance to the jetty and had some restaurants and cafes close by. The rooms were modern and very clean. The highlight was the staff, very helpful, friendly and always available if we needed help.

A perfect sleepover in Mersing when going to or from Pulau Tioman. Centrally located, spacious appartment and very welcoming, kind and helpful hosts, Eric and Mandy. They picked us up at the bus terminal at arrival and brought us to the jetty next morning.

My friend and I stayed in October and we LOVED our stay. Mandy is an absolutely wonderful host who picked us up from our bus (which was delayed by several hours - she was very patient) and helped us arrange the ferry we took to Tioman in the morning - she even walked us to where we could purchase the tickets to make sure we were all set. Mandy also helped arrange a taxi for us to leave back to Singapore. Overall, she went above and beyond all expectations and made our lives so easy which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was wonderful, had a ton of space and was clean!
