Look worn down from the outside but the rooms inside are super clean. Very comfy beds and toilet is very, very clean. Its situated around many restaurants and minimarts. Very convenient, provides parking space at a fee of rm10/day.

Its a sin to put this less than 5 star for budget hotel. Very clean consider for its aging building and price. Free shuttle to jetty but might as well walk in the morning to the jetty. Very safe walk.

The room was clean and tidy. Have a basic guest supply like tissue and soap. Got tv and aircond. Their have free transportation from their hotel to jetty and also can help u to book a ticket for you. The driver really helping with my heavy luggage.

In town, parking limited, no lift, near jetty, walking distance stalls. Small group recommended. Big family not easy.

Clean refurbished hotel. Really love the water pressure is very strong. It's budget hotel with no elevator. Nice bed & comfortable room. Across food stall in the middle of the town.

Clean and even have free transport back to fro for ferry jetty and bus station - love this place

Within walking distant to beach, and shops. Clean and inexpensive. Friendly and helpful stuff. stayed 2 weeks prior to visiting KL and Singapore. Eat roti paratha located across the india coffee shop which open 24 hours daily. A visitor from USA.

Good and ideal accomodation for group, families or solo. Nice place to stay. Oppossite local mamak food stalls and Malay restaurant. Just few meters SEVEN ELEVEN.

Very cheap, (booking from Agoda, around RM 60 for a queen size bed) quality was good for the price. Will come again.

Mersing hotel is the best & cleanest hotel I have been in & I have stayed in budget hotel all over Malaysia. The maids are also polite & caring of customers & the keeping of the Hotel.👍👍

Clean room and bed, television and toilet works properly, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay there.
