Cataferry Tioman Ferry

If you're looking to travel to Tioman with a little more comfort, you can opt to pay a bit more for an allocated seat on this ferry cum airplane. 🤣 Everything is set up as an airplane from the handcarry luggage cabins above the passengers to the seat labels to even the safety video.

Tip: do print out your "boarding pass" and ensure the name matches with your ID. They do check at times and have been known to reject passengers.

The journey is more stable as it's a catamaran. The trip is approximately 2 hours, but it depends on which kampung you're heading to.

It's fully air-conditioned, though I would recommend taking a walk to the upper deck to experience the wind in your face and some sun on your skin. There is a toilet and a small stall for snacks.

Clean and moderately spacious ferry. Ride was smooth and there’s a sun deck + seats near the rear for you to enjoy the view. Remember to use sunscreen though

Very comfortable ride and seats. You can have some drinks or instant noodles as well. An option to have a view from the outside deck while still having your seat inside.

Much better than bluewater ferry. Comfortable seat, overall and also reliable. Recommended this ferry to tioman.

The ferry are punctual on time and it is like the ferry version of Aerobus. It is well air conditioned and the staffs are very professional & friendly. I was impressed that the ferry showing safety video. My family are happy with the ferry and we did not experience sea sickness.

Perfect ride to tioman Island. The seats are moderately spacious and clean. The pick up time was sharp too. Not even a minute late, will sure take the ferry again to tioman.

Comfortable ride. Upper deck (premium) a bit swing. I prefer the lower deck better.
