Beautiful place, Instagramable. Just be careful on your belongings, the monkeys are not afraid of human there, they can be a bit notorious.

Went there at 4pm on a Thursday. Not crowded, less than 15 pax there, greeted with lots of coward monkeys. Went straight to thai monks for blessing and take a look at their amulets. Palm reading at RM10, recommend to do it if the translator is there. 👍

Great temple. Went there numerous time. There's a fish and turtle pond to feed and wish for blessing. Many statues in the man-made hill beside the temple for photo taking too. If you are tired especially during hot sunny days, there's a small shop where you can sit and chill with an ice cream.

The mountains behind the temple lots of monkeys, when visitors arrive at the temple to pray. The monkeys will come down for the mountain, mostly will stay on the temple rooftop. The temple put up a no feeding the monkeys signage.
Main issue the monkeys won't attack people, they only want things to eat. Visitors please look after your children

I think it's a great idea to come here even though it's about an hour journey ride. About 5 mins ride away is a great fish farm with Japanese and local Koi. Overall a great tourist attraction (With lots of monkeys and tortoises)
