Always full of people, and sometimes you have to wait until you get an empty table. Foods are delicious, theirs Nasi Goreng is a must try and also the chilly ketchup homemade and have a very special taste. The gravy for meat also very tasty. Bring your friends and family that's the best place to hang out and have a good time.

The food quality was perfect. Would definitely come again in the future. The only problem is that the parking space. If you come a bit late, you definitely need to park a bit far from the restaurant.

The experience of going here is one of the most unforgettable. The portion of food serving exceeds my thought, in fact, each personal serving actually can be enjoyed by 2 people. We're glad we came here. It was unplanned, but got beyond any expectation. The taste of food is superb, very short wait, the waiters are helpful, and everything else is history. This restaurant really deserves a 5-star rating. A joy to behold.

I really love this place. There are many types of food and best western food that I ever got. The food served with a big portion and it makes my tummy so happy. The staffs are friendly so I feel easy to communicate when ordering the food. Besides, the price is affordable so don’t worry and come here quickly so you can believe me that what I said is true.

Tasty and delicious meals especially their western menu. The Chicken Grill is amazing. A bit crowded during peak hour. Will repeat again next time.

I'm so glad to have a dinner with my family here. The foods were amazing with the big portion of servings. I love the crispy yet tender taste of the chicken chop while my mom love the set of tom yum rice. There are a wide variety of malaysian and western cuisins in the menu. It is absolutely affordable and worth coming for family gatherings or with friends. The staff were amazing as they treat us nicely and the serving time is fast but may take a longer time if we come at peak hour.

The place quite packed with people when i arrived here for dinner. Service considered really fast based on the number of customer in the restsurant. Salute to the excellent service. The staff is really polite and friendly. No wonder this place mentioned in a lot in website for best place for f&b in Sungai Petani.

The waiter served well. The menu ordered arrived on the table in a short while after ordering and taste good + the portion served is worth the amount paid. We left happily + stomach full after enjoying the food we ate. Well done to the management of HOTMAS. Keep it up.
My only suggestion is that the plates , bowls etc needs the be replace as some are worn off with sign of mould which could pose health hazards.

Hotmas is one of those places that you give 5 star simply because the quality and value of food makes up for everything (even if you see a mouse skittering on the floor. I've seen it once and I still go there. The food is too delicious to nitpick about anything). The price range is a bit higher than regular restaurants but only because they serve double the portion. For example, a simple nasi goreng kampung would range at rm5 but hotmas charges an extra rm1 and serves it with sunny side egg to boot. The fried rice has that smoky flavour that really hits you right where you want it. And most of western food is catered to the Malaysian palate, the black pepper sauce is simply divine. Again, the grilled food has that that smoky, almost-charcoal flavour that makes the food all the better. And everything is super sized! The atmosphere... well, I don't know how NOT to insult but uh... when you're eating, you don't care? If you care, takeaway the food and eat at home cuz the tables are a bit.... *cough* roach nest *cough* and the service is good. They're not so keen to please you but the waiters are professional and do their work well. The wait for food is short because the kitchen staff are really quick. (Also another reason I can't reduce a star)
If I can give anyone an advice, don't stick your finger in those weird, random little holes on the table. You're gonna regret it. I know I did.
