Smooth flow. But preferable in 360 apps put disclaimer on fast pre-check up. Some patients might not aware on it. The rest all good.

On the other side, maybe can improve on the cleanliness. And appreciate if the hospital can provide basket/dustbin for each patient (not only in the toilet). That would be more convenient.

Very good services start from registration emegency dr MO dr ching very fast respond and all sn ed help to set up..at ward staff nurse and dr hema very good services and explain more details about virus and give solution like ubat susu and others..explain clean bottles and surrounding..ambasador izzat very helpful.
