This was the first attempt to get a bouquet. Im in KL and need to sent a flower in SP. Seller was very polite. He handled my request quick and professionally. Payment made without hassle using WhatsApp. I request at 11.30am and get delivered at 3pm. Recepient really happy with the gift. Overall good experience.

I am from Kuala Lumpur and I needed an urgent delivery by today to Sungai Petani. I called in the morning and spoke to Jack, told my budget and requested him to deliver by 6pm today as this was for a prayer ceremony. It was delivered much earlier during lunch hour and the recipient was very happy. The flower arrangement was also beautiful and professionally presented. The ordering and payment were hassle free and straight forward (all done via WhatsApp). Thanks again to Jack for the excellent service and keep up the good work. This shop has an absolute GORGEOUS selection of flowers and bouquets!! I was looking for something for my friend's wedding, and when I browsed through their Facebook, I was just amazed at all the arrangements and it was so difficult to choose. In the end I went with the 99 roses with babybreath and it turned out wonderful!

I really have to mention how extraordinary this shop's customer service is. They deserve 10 stars for how they deal with their customers. It was such a pleasure ordering from them. They were very friendly and very flexible throughout the process. I had specific requirements about the delivery, the vase, etc, they took my order and prepared everything exactly like I wanted. I felt obliged to write a review for them!
