If never pay 2 months management fees, they update in notice board. But the GYM has been not in use for 3 years, and they tend to give reason as the things and tools havent arrive yet. When i want to the first Agm, i asked them why never have rubbish bin for every floor even though the Common apartment do? If can change the management or else do any changes around.
