This branch is the oldest branch in Kajang where I growing up with since teenager life. Usually here for breakfast but not frequent. The staffs are friendly and nice to chat with. The food is on time and warm for me. I love the whole environment here

Good customer service, staff are very polite and humble, will do their best to accommodate the best for you. The manager is very helpful indeed.
Recommended for Innovative Self-Ordering Kiosks for dining or take ways meal for your convenience payment via credit card visa/master/debit card. I enjoyed being here and will continue doing so.

Convenience at your hand with the McD app; Just find a seat, make your order & payment through the app and enter your table number. They will then send it up to your table! The app is seriously very convenient plus, you can earn points to claim rewards! No need to queue at the kiosk or cashier or even when waiting for your order. Staffs were friendly and nice. Got one of my order wrong and they politely apologise and helped me to change it. The upper seating areas are quite clean too.

It is your usual Mc D. standard service and standard biz as usual. No biggie but if u need a good tip try the double mcdeluxe chicken which my son regularly has n swears on it

Ordered 3 sausage & omelet cheese breakfast burgers today, but they mixed it up, delivered 3 omelette cheese burgers for me. Called back and they have very good service, asked me to choose on the lunch menu for 3 products that have the similar prices. Hence I got 2 ala carts 6-pieces nuggets and 1 McChicken. They even delivered to my house again! Very good service! Hope you guys keep up the good work, thank you!

The ordering machine is easy to use and pay. Once, the receipt does not get printed when paid using debit card and had to ask the cashier to print. Service was fast as expected. Plenty of seats and condiments were always sufficient. Toilet is clean. In terms of food, the nasi lemak McD was okay but the one I tried for the first time in McD was better.

The manager was so helpful. I went there around 4.45pm. The counter were also very efficient. Keep up the good work

I have visited this outlet multiple times since 1995. Same foods, menu, service and all at the same par as other Mcdonalds outlet.

Located at the centre of Kajang town, finding parking could be difficult.. they have the electronic board to do fast order therefore lesser time queing.. may still need to wait for few minutes to get your food ready..

If you see the seats are occupied, no worry go upstair.. More seats up there..

Oh they have free wifi!.. 😘

Awesome.. They got new services drive n order.. Where they take order while u in ur car.. Then they send it to ur car.. No need to leave ur car.. Good alternative for non-drive thru outlet..

Very convenience.. comfort at upstairs.. friendly staff.. near family mart. Just parking a bit problem during day time.. no drive through..
