My wife and I were very satisfied with their arrangements, brand new car and fully customized trip. I enjoyed very much on self driving on Taiwan, their recommended attraction places also on point, I definitely will join their tour if I go Taiwan again. Strongly recommended Come on holiday 👍👍👍

Really like to experience this kind of free&easy travel, usually with other travel company are very rushed and have not finished the trip said to set up. Here is completely the time is very free to sleep to wake up naturally time can also slowly walk slowly stroll! And the driver is also a local, want to go to the attractions and food will be introduced!

We rented the car and accommodation as part of a self driving tour in TW this year november, and we were pleasantly surprised on how professional Come On Travel help us in the journey, the car was brand new and the recommended location was on point. 10/10 would use them again.

Good taiwan travel agency if you are looking for fully customised trip

就实话实说吧….如果不想跟团，找*类似*这一家旅游公司还是不错的，因为他们的卖点就是所谓的【客制化】。遇到一些景点不想去的，就直接说不要去，也不用浪费时间等来等去。哦是的，本人会知道这家旅游公司是来自旅游展，也是被【客制化】这三个字吸引而确定听一听讲解。当然，在每一个摊位的员工都很hard sell自家的公司，稍微没有一定的定力，往往听了他们的讲解就会【奋不顾身】的快快去付钱。由于本人对住宿有一定的要求，他们的饭店有三星和四星，所以在那时候就已经跟他们说明我要住的是四星，然后要去什么样的景点，他们还蛮ok的，在开单的时候也注明我的要求，然后可以看到单上面都写【全包】。由于去过台北好几次，他们的三星对我来说有一点不敢恭维，所以和我deal的coordinator给我饭店名字的时候，我真的是晕，那间酒店不是在台北市，而是在蘆洲，超远的，非常不方便，所以我说我补钱给贵公司然后帮我订我要的饭店，我得到的答案是【不可以】，walaoeh我觉得非常纳闷，自己补钱都不行，她给的理由是台湾那边的合作公司有他们自己的panel hotel，就算自己补钱也不行，如果跟团不行我还能理解，说好的客制化呢?😓 其实四天的行程，我删了很大部分，因为家有老的，所以去少很多地方我一点都不在意，只觉得最重要让老人家开心就好。忘了说所谓的客制化，其实他们已经有ready的Itinerary了，如果真的跟着照跑，往往去到那个看花看景的地方已经是晚上了，看什么啊?!…虽然coordinator一直有说我们可以自己跟司机协调，但我上网查那些景点，调得来我看不只是司机累死，我们自己都会累死，所以干脆删掉大部分的行程。当coordinator说什么事情都必须我自己跟司机协调的时候，我真的一度有点无语的感觉，也有一点后悔当时为什么那么快的去付定金，就认定司机一定是超难搞的那一种，那时候就心想，司机不是台湾哪里旅行社的员工吗，如果真的被我遇到超难搞的，那就spoil了整个trip了，要怎么办啊😂就因为跑的行程比较少，所以我很firm的要求，我要住在哪一个饭店，哦忘了说，我一度asked for refund, 得到的答案也是【不可以】理由不详。到最后，他们有让我住在台北市。其实比起跟团，对我来说他们收的个人旅费并不便宜，也不会有【等价交换】这一类东西，但一想到不用跟团等来等去，就安慰自己说还是值得啦😂 至于早餐，酒店有提供早餐，如果不要在酒店吃，那就必须自己解决，中午和晚餐没有包在旅费，食物的价钱和KL差不多。再细节一点的就不便多说，毕竟每一个人encountered的都不一样，也不能因为跟旅行公司有什么过节就抹杀人在台湾哪里司机大哥的付出。这两颗星，不是给旅游公司，而是给司机大哥的，他的人真的很不错，也没有我想象的难搞，赞！
