The doctor is good and nice to communicate. My grandmother was waist pain and unable to sit properly. After taking his medicine for a long time, My grandmother is able to sit and gain better compare to last time.

The environment is quite clean, slightly better than the few in Mahkota Cheras.
The rate for the treatment said was RM100.00 per hour and including massage, but it's not honest / not true.
In one hour, it is not full 60 minutes on treatments. The acupuncturist wasting a lot of time starting from feeling the pulse, about 25 minutes and telling a lot of unnecessary nonsense that is not related to patient's health condition.
Then next is wasting time again for hot air blowing, reason for that said was for loosening the aching muscle. Wasting time again about 10 minutes.
Following next then starting to massage the aching muscle parts, not really massage like a masseur, but it's more to pulling the soring root points. And the acupuncturist only did it less than 5 minutes.
After that, the acupuncturist started to insert the micro needles into the aching roots and points, using the electropucture method. And this is the most important part for treating the aching joints and root. But, it only treats for 15 minutes, not a minute more.
So the total treatment is about 30 minutes, not full 60 minutes an hour's treatment that charge RM100.00. Which I finds it's not honest comparing to (example) Tung Shin hospital's acupuncture department. They really treats patient fully 1 hour or 1 and 1/2 hour, depending on patient's condition and whereabouts is aching. Only thing is that, the distance is far and if want convenient and near, Hong Ren in Mahkota Cheras seems the best choice.
But they are dishonest.
And if should the patient needs to take medicines, the charges for Chinese medicines is RM22.00, regardless how many types of herbal medicines are mixed.
But, RM22.00 for medicines is only for a day's consumption. If say the patient needs to consume 5 day's medicines, the cost will be RM22.00 x 5 days = RM110.00.
In conclusion, I feels the whole treatment process is not honest as they told clients, they didn't inform that in 1 hour was included from feeling the pulse, not fully on acupuncture treatment.

环境比较干净，整洁，比其它几家中药针灸店更干净，卫生。
诊疗费说是 100 元 1 小时，包括推拿。
但事实上不诚实，不是如所说的 100 元 1 小时的诊疗。
针灸师浪费时间在把脉，把脉 25 分钟而且说很多无关紧要的费话，和病人的病情无关系的费话。
接下来再浪费 10 分钟的时间与热熏，原因说是热熏能松懈经脉。
接下来针灸师才进行推拿，拉松紧绷/ 受损的经脉，而且时间不到 5 分钟。
再接下来才开始扎针在受损的经脉或穴位，以电灸为诊疗。
整个针灸的过程只是 15 分钟而已，而不是如所说的 100 元 1 小时的诊疗。
所以我觉得，不诚实的服务。
打个比方，真正的针灸如果说是 1 小时，比如同善医院有传统的针灸部门，那里的针灸师说 1 小时或 1 小时半，他们是真的诊疗 1 小时足足，没骗人。
只是，如果住在皇冠城这里，要下坡到同善医院路程的确是远了些，宏仁是方便而靠近，但服务和诊疗不诚实 / 不老实。
另一点关于拿药 (草药粉), 说的价钱是 22 元 (无论几种草药的配方), 但是 22 元是吃 1 天的价钱。
如果针灸师说，病人需要服用 /吃 5 天的药，那就是 22 元 X 5 天 = 110.00 的价钱，再加上针灸费 100 元，那不就等于 210 元了吗？
同善医院的价钱比宏仁至少低了一半，才几十元而已 (100 元之下)。
整体来批评，对于第一次或没去过的人来说，要有心里准备，价钱贵而服务不诚实。
或者对于紧急需要诊援的病人，比如说严重的扭伤而且不方便去到同善医院太远的路程来说，或许可试一试宏仁，但要有准备收费相当贵，诚不诚实或专不专业是你的运气了。
