This showroom is quite new around Bandar Mahkota Cheras, it's very good so that i don't need to travel far just to find the tiles for my client. The staff also very friendly and it's nice to work with them too. All the services provide is very fast and easy like 3d instant design for free for the customers. The showroom also very clean and excellent design.

Able to get a good deal with their Shopee Voucher promotion recently. The designer are very helpful and professional, which they can still provide me the 3D drawing during this FMCO, without delaying my purchase of tiles for house renovation. Highly recommended.

It was an experience that I can't get from the normal tiles shop. We have personally spoke to Mr Nazrul the personnel to help in the upgrade for our bathroom and room, he gave us an 3D design with a video presentation that we did not expect and the fact that he went also to our house and to take the measurements of the area was his own initiative. We end up with design that was not expected as he showed the types of design that he had done before and that open up our minds to the possibilities🙌 in upgrading our small room. Kudos to Mr. Nazrul and his team as this individual is not the normal sales person that you comes across, where normally they will only provide the service during the purchase of the product not after. I highly recommend Mr Nazrul to do your upgrade design for room/house tiles if you are in the neighborhood of Creative Lab Bandar Mahkota Cheras. As for Creative Lab I suggest that they should take the time to hire more great people so they can train more personnel like Mr Nazrul as his diligence and patience is an asset to them.
