1st time trial for herbal hair treatment. The supervisor did provide a good service. She explained the process in detail for every step. Just her tone probably a bit fast for me but overall I like her straightforward characters.

So disappointed with their services 😡 signed the package for 40 times bcs it’s RM29 per session. I didn’t even finish the package and the price increased to RM39. I try to question them as it suppose to be remain RM29 until I finished the package. But what the service crew (chubby women) replied is so rude and I try to get their boss number but she said NO BOSS?! I will forfeit the package and NOT GOING BACK TO THE SALON ANYMORE!

Unwelcoming team. Must be having a bad day. Ur in a service industry. If u r unable to provide Customer service pls dont be in it. I would have opted for a higher package service but saw no need too after speaking to the Sales consultant. Glad i didnt!

This new team under the leadership of the new supervisor is a huge shocking disappointment. Bad service and workmanship, zero communication with customers (not even a greeting!) especially the supervisor herself. She's very rude and picks fights with customers, shocking for a service industry. Hope the management looks into this problem and rectifies this asap.

Horrible ever since the new team came onboard. Poor service, poor workmanship, zero communication with customers especially the supervisor. Horrendously rude and picks fights with customers. Never met anyone in the service line like this. Hopefully the boss and management looks into this problem.
