A coffee shop was so so

Had a really bad experience here. Initially couldnt order tea cuz it was not on the system, even though I saw it with my own eyes the tea packet on the counter. Ordered choc braided twist & asked for em to heat it. But the bread turned out so hard that I couldnt eat it. After mentioning it to the staff, he recommended on reheating the bread. Like, seriously ? You’ve heated it way too much that it turned out hard, & your solution is to reheat it more ? Wow. But this is still acceptable cuz I got a new bread instead. The thing that got me really annoyed & mad is that one of the waiter is sooooooooo timid ! I first asked the waiter for an extra plate in Malay. But he just stood there & looked at me blankly. So I assumed he is not malay & asked in english instead. I said “extra plate please”. But he just stood there blankly, saying nothing. I asked multiple times, even showing signal to the plate, making sure he knows that Im asking for a plate. But still no response, he couldnt even utter a word ! Like seriously, you dont even understand basic english? In the end, it turned out that he was actually malay. I was soooooo annoyed. I mean, I surely dont see myself as looking like someone from overseas. I dont see why he would see me as someone who couldn’t speak malay. He could at least say something. I was not in a good mood and this experience just made it worse, im never coming back to this place.

Worst cafe. The portion of the food is very bad and it wasn't tasty. It's seriously overpriced for something that doesn't taste good and the service here is really bad. Will never come here again
