Affin Bank Kajang

The first bank in my life which offers us breakfast to us. Give very thumb-up to the security officer who offered us help during our visit. All the staff are very friendly. Thank you very much Affin Bank.

Kudos to the polite and efficient staff. The security guard, pak cik, is however a bit impatient and curt. It is okay since you are just doing your job. Thanks.

Such a lovely service by all the staffs from thr front guard, to Puan Zarina at counter 5, and every other staff who take care of us. They were so polite, professional and meticulous in their service. Despite fasting month, they were all so energetic at work. Pleasant experience and thanks to all :)

Nice location, very convenient. Need to speed up the services. Friendly and helpful staff.

Plenty of carpark spaces and almost no queue all the times (at least in the afternoon)

Ample parking space ( usually in afternoon) but during my visit service are slow ( waited almost 2 hour)

Applied credit card through the customer service counter here, took a week plus to receive my credit card, but they are being so "generous" to help me apply extra credit that I didn't need.
Also, they have filled up my mobile phone wrongly and I have to wait another week for activation.
Please improve your service, now I want to cancel my cards

1st time try to get money change for raya, but unfortunately only available for account holder. i should have called first. shock..
