Nice place. Comfortable and clean. Convenient for the netizens staying surrounding or in Kajang. One thing will be trouble was, very hard to find parking here. Some time u need to went for few round in order to search for parking.
The easy way is, bring along companion so he/she will waiting you inside the car (no need search for parking).
Second, parking at far away from this location then walk over there.
This bank giving a lot of services same to others bank (maybe some differences).

I went to inform the Branch Manager (Mr Kievshu) about the branch not updating my company details. He was useless and gave no solution. The reason being is, he was so bonked down on his phone and never looked at my face. Very rude and definitely not professional Branch Manager. Instead he did want I have been doing for the 6th time, get a number and update manually over the counter. If he was competent enough, he could just log in his computer and rectify the issue. Wasted my time waiting for more then 1 hour just to do this.
I cant understand why is it challenging for the bank to get my company details in the system. If like this I have to consider to get another current account else where!

Hi please monitor your staff performance on work. Very slow!!! Waiting more than 40 min. I have account in other bank but thier service very good. Not more than 15min. Terrible. Really very poor service. 4 counter in brance but 2 counter in operation
