Rude delivery riders that don't call, throw your parcel on the floor. And update status as reschedule by recipient, by actually just no show

Item not send to my house but the courier write 'reception reject at doorstep' I don't know what the hell is going to reject. Why not make a call? Bodoh

Very unsatisfy for their service, it says my delivery was not success due to 'recipient reschedule' and the courier sent me a black photo and said i received the parcel??? Even i contact the seller and they cannot help me to solve the problem.

Delivery service are so poor and staff , manager are irresponsible to send the item to customer, they cancelled my item without contacting me via phone call or watsupp. The manager also the same irresponsible to answer my call and reply my complaints. Contacted through watsupp and normal calls also no response. Sucked service !
The higher need to be changed for future good service.

Supposedly my parcel arrived today. What actually happened??? This is my second time using Lazada and the service is still the same; slow and not punctual with the delivery date😑

And I see some of the comments having the same problem as me. Please, PLEASE improve your service.

I regularly buy from Lazada, and LEX MY regularly gives me headaches over the shipments. They say they have attempted delivery but no one comes to the house. This has happened several times. Unfortunately we cannot choose courier companies on Lazada. There is no competition for LEX MY. Hence they survive even with terrible service. Looks like Lazada is not bothered as LEX MY has been like this for years.

Very poor services, I waited home whole day, just to get my delivery marked as failed delivery, without a call or notification of them being at my place

WORST EVER. They picked up the phone and then they don't response. Like they purposely want to stop the phone from ringing that's why they press answer on the phone. Never thought someone would do that but I've been calling couple times and that proves someone really do that! GREAT

Rude delivery !!!!!!! Ordered a piece of wooden toy ... If online orders is not allowed should have just inform customers !!!! This delivery man just threw the parcel inside the house ... Such a bad service from this company ...any way i ordered face mask to be delivered by the same company and it has not arrived till now !!!!!!
