Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre (BTMC)

I went for Orthopedic visit due to knee injury. Dr.Siva is one of the best Orthopedic surgeon he explained very well and he gave the best treatment for my recovery. His nurse Ms.Norhapida is also very helpful and polite. She's very systematic and efficient.

Ms. Lim customer service @ level 4 is very humble and friendly, helped our way through the hospital. Showed us the water dispenser and acknowledged us about the hospitality and service here. We're satisfied and truly recommend people to look out for their service in this hospital.

Customer Service Ms.Lim is very friendly, also a very helpful person. I’m very happy and satisfy of her service because she will take care of all the patients who is waiting for appointment and also will ask for a blanket for old people when she saw he’s sitting on the wheelchair without blanket.

The nursing staff here were really caring and dedicated to making me feel better. They have been taking good care of me while I was admitted and I really appreciate their hard work and kind attitude towards me. I wish I could thank them all again.

Overall good service for the Doctor, food, cleaner, nurses, customer service, and maybe Im lucky this time to getting their good service. Better than last time i admitted.

Customer Relation Officer Ms Lim Bee Yuan - Very friendly, helpful and nice. She gave me a mask when she saw I forgot to wear mask. So caring!! (thumb up)... And she is giving a positive quote and energy when we are waiting outside the ICU room. So lucky BTMC got this kind of good employee :)

Met Ms Lim (customer service) in BTMC during my mum doc appointment, service superb. Friendly and helpful, she offered blanket to cover mum’s leg when she saw my mum w shorts. Hope to see her again!

I can give 10 stars for this hospital.
The nurses and doctors are friendly and efficient.
I visited dr. Satish, cardiologist for a heart check up. His waiting time is almost 1 hour, could get longer during the weekends.
He is polite, humble and soft spoken. He explained my problems very well.

The toilets are clean and smell so good. Plenty of parking available for foc.
However the exit ramp from the parking is very narrow . So u must be careful if u drive bigger cars.

Cons, not enough food options available. The cafe at the main lobby is overpriced. Rm10 for 1pc of doughnut is ridiculous.
Family mart vending machine is available at the entrance.

Warded here due to prolong fever. Process is smooth, Drs here very courteous and facilities were good. Nurses and the services here recommendable.
Lots of complimentary and overall a stress free experience. They’ll do their best for patient recovery. Very well

Thank you for the hospitality, the process was very smooth down in Emergency department, its just that it took a long time to assign a bed . My ENT doctor , Dr Arvin gave a detailed explanation and treated me very well and the Nurses in NDW was friendly and the care provided was good . Frequently they were checking on me . Overall I would like to thank them for the great hospitality. The only recommendation that I will suggest is the waiting time for assigning the bed .

Ms Lim customer service emergency ground floor very helpful, friendly and caring when I send to my father to emergency. Very satisfied to her service and accompany.

My 15 month old and I had been waiting for quite some time at the Specialist Clinic. Seeing that my daughter was getting agitated, Ms. Lim Bee Yuan, (customer care officer) wasted no time and stepped up to ease the situation. She not only offered kindness and empathy but managed to pacify my toddler who subsequently warmed up to her. Hence, making the long wait, bearable. I am eternally grateful.

Miss lim customer service at the ground floor ER are vwey friendly with the patients and helpful also good service.

Got emergency and straight away the nurse and doctor handle me carefully. All procedures done smoothly. The wards are comfortable and the amenities provide are sufficient.

Ms Lim customer care a 4th floor is very friendly. She helped my grandma a lot in the waiting process and lead me the way to physiotherapy center.
