Poor service at retail counter despite being the biggest frozen food supplier in the country..meats were pre cut and buyer has no idea what it was...short ribs were very low quality compared to previuos buys elsewhere..its going to be my last buy here ...is all this the effect of frozen meat monopoly advantage ...?

The rudest and ugliest bunch of sales staff anywhere on this planet! Will secretly record all the interaction on my next visit and put all online and you can judge for yourselves

Very very very bad experience and also poor quality of their sales representative.

I believe that the whole company management also the same poor quality.

Although have send order attached with PO to their sales representative ,also will arrange for wrong delivery date. Else direct put the goods of the order under the sun with time 12.30pm to 1.00pm.

Even have provided the contact number on the Invoice , the driver also don't call.
And the attitude of driver also very very very poor and act with rude and also show you their face look like we(customer ) owe them few Million ringgit.

For those who want buy the goods woth this company ,pls take care.

Staff not friendly and super slow service. Ordered 2 pkt of ham & sausages hv to wait 30mins for them to get from store. If you want to buy things here make sure to have 1 hr to spare to wait even few items.

They should really train their workers to be more professional and efficient. All their front desk workers are working slow, rude and unhelpful. Same goes to the heads in Penang warehouse. Never listened to customer's need and problems, never really wanted to help and solve problem. Bad customer service, bad attitude... Is it because of they are the biggest frozen food supplier in the market? So that they can treat the customer in whichever way the like?

The workers there are rude, inefficient, irresponsible and not helpful. Never replied to your email, always hang up your phone when there’re problems that they can’t solve. Bad customer service, never apologised and never really wanted to assist their customers when they are in need.

Bad purchasing experience recently:
Bought a carton of slide cheese and there were 6 missing packs. Called and asked to get the problem solve but in the end what we get in reply was “there’s a possibility that you’re lying, so we can’t return the 6 packs of slide cheese to you”... “your worker was careless”

Not a good experience over all. Retail staff is not helpful & totally unfriendly. Why bother selling retail when you cannot even hope to retain any retail customers by the poor attitude? Your pricing for sausages is also not competitive. Payment by cash only. I am glad I paid your store a visit that way I know I will never go there again, and not ever recommend to anyone.

Pls change your operating hours in your FB... Bcos it mislead your customer. Secondly I hope you can treat your customer (walk in) more seriously and know what they want even is a small portion order. Pls educate your front desk malay girl be more polite and more professional while doing works and handling customer. I do hope you can take this comments seriously. I hope it will improve the time when me and my friend come again.

Very bad service. Asked for price quotation and no any response from salesman for almost two months. Better shut down your company if you doesn’t want to do business.

Very bad services. Nothing is good when dealing with dis company. From front desk girl, salesman, driver and boss, all are not professional. Never reply to query. Takes forever to respond.

Rude staff. No matter if you walk in or call, all the same level of service. Dont even want to give quotation.
