Only Butterfly park in Malaysia, but i haven't notice any Butterfly in there

Good to visit this butterfly garden. The lady staff there was very warm and give us details explanation on the butterfly, insect and small animals. We have close interaction with the small animals. My kids love it so much.

RM5 per person entry ticket. The place is a bit run down. If you do not know where to go or what to do at Kenyir Lake, just pay Rm100 for a speed boat service aroud the lake plus visit to this butterfly garden.

Special garden on a island in Kenyir lake. The variety of butterflies are limited but the environment was very relaxing.

Gambar-gambar ini diambil beberapa tahun lepas. Antara salah satu tempat menarik di Tasik Kenyir ini. Dari luar, nampak tidak terurus dan tidak sibuk, tetapi banyak unsur alam di dalam. Sesuai untuk pembelajaran.

These pics were taken some years ago. A local butterfly farm in the Kenyir Lake. Some areas may seem poorly taken care of, but the butterflies are a beauty. Good for learning.

Tix is RM 3 per person, kids and adults are same price.

Tbh, at the time I went, there’s not much butterflies.

But for the exhibition area of others, such as spider, scorpion is okay.

There’s no souvenir shop, not much, not really worthy, boating around the area might be nice, few butterflies outside the garden itself.

The place is situated on a small island and newly opened. Would be a nice attraction if fully opened. Butterfly species not much, they have some other insects and amphibians on display too.

Tasik Kenyir or Kenyir Lake is an artificial lake located in Hulu Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia, nestled deep in the Pantai Timur Range. The lake was created in 1985 by the Kenyir Dam on the Kenyir River, the upper stream of the Terengganu River. The lake provides water to the nearby Sultan Mahmud Power Station. It is the largest man-made lake in mainland Southeast Asia with an area of 260,000 hectares. source
