Initially we have arranged to self collect the item as we wanted to get furniture for raya, call the warehouse but the pic was on leave so he directed us to another person. All thanks to Aryan for stepped in to assist us as he managed to get delivery slot on the same day, highly recommended!

Came here for the warehouse sales but surprisingly we met a good sales advisor Pauline. She really gave us a very good opinion and advice. Very helpful and recommended place to visit for furniture selection.

I bought furniture at more design. beautiful and amazing design. the seller is also very friendly and treats us well. The delivery service also runs smoothly. I have bought from More Designs 3 times in the past month. The first experience was alright, bought a bed at the Setia Alam showroom and was greeted nicely. The second experience was at their sale in the HQ where I wasn’t very happy with the customer service as the staff were exceptionally rude to me. I bought 4 stools during this time and lastly was my experience at the newly opened more designs in Starling Mall. I contacted the HQ and they referred me to Mr Arafat from Starling Outlet and He has been very helpful from start to finish. From the moment I WhatsApp him, till the moment he assisted us at the store and until delivery. He deserves a raise tbh, such good customer service which made me less mad about my experience at the HQ previously.

This hidden megacity live up to the name of biggest furniture show room in Malaysia. My second visit to this place is a pleasant experience, exactly the same as my my first visit one year ago.
