Worst service ever. I went to collect my parcel on 22nd Oct and there is a worker were sitting inside warehouse.. He claimed that 22nd Oct is Public holiday replacement. But why there is no proper announcement on this? Even the warehouse opened but the worker not even help to look into my parcel. Rude and worst service ever. The location been changed and in Google they not updated the new address and the contact number. Not prefer to send parcel with this courier service again.

Call tak berangkat dari pagi. Whatsapp pun tak berbalas. Kalau tak cover area rumah kita pun sepatutnya call beritahu. Bukan diam je. Dahtu kita ws tanya boleh tak self pick up pun senyap je. Ada pekerja ke tak sebenarnya?

2 kali berlaku barang dalam shopee mark as delivered tapi barang tak deliver pun kepada customer . Delivery guy simply mark as delivery dan sign sendiri.
