Clean and confortable room, the staff were so polite, good food, nice pool and gym..recommended!

Book 2 rooms: 1 room with no towel provided and dim front lamp while another room with malfunctioning tv remote. Asked front desk for the towels and guidance with the tv but took quite a long time to execute it maybe due to short-staffed. Other than that, the rooms are clean, good vibes, free parking and many restaurant within <10 minutes drive.

Great service with affordable price. Have gym and swimming pool. Good breakfast menu buffet.

Had a great & pleasant stay no doubt. Friendly & helpful staffs. Food were great. Staffs took the trouble to decorate for us to celebrate our 1 year old baby birthday celebration. Will definitely come back in the future.

First time visiting Segamat and booked this hotel for the year-end Christmas holidays. The room is clean and spacious.

All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with a few varieties such as nasi lemak, fried rice, fried noodles, salad, porridge, fruits, bread, fruit juice, coffee and tea.

There is a swimming pool. Family with kids will likely love to stay here.

Arrived at the hotel compound and I am quite shocked on the hotel building's design simple yet hints of minimalistic and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Tidy room with nice decorations. The hotel is also located near the town so it is easy to find convenient stores, restaurants, etc. Will consider to stay for longer time.

Best in Segamat you can get, this was the 2nd time check-in at this hotel. Breakfast is the best part 😋

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. I like the room. So comfortable. Such a nice & clean place with swimming pool & wide range of food at the Chef coffee house. Food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly...very helpfull.
Great place for any events...functions.
There's a live entertainment at the V Club. Quite a relaxing place for a bucket of drink. Can order light course too during happy hour time. So what are you waiting for. Don't miss the opportunity. You're gonna love this place.

One of the best if not the best hotel in Segamat. Dedicated and ample parking spaces. The water pressure and heater is superb. However, no breakfast during CMCO2.

Was quite surprised to find such a well furnished hotel in this Town. Dinner and breakfast both were great. Bathroom n room were spick and span. Only downside was that only one ironing board wasbplaced foe each floor

Overall, this hotel is good, except for 1 thing, you need to improve the pool, especially the pool lounger.

Just visited segamat for the sake of train 🚆 ride and some shopping ..
