Great Vibes! Nice, safe place to buy nature's finest flowers and fungi in many forms. You can relax and meet cool people - other than just the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable, generous 🙏, and professionally chill. The prices are very reasonable. They have loot you can pick up if you need a CDMX souvenir. The neighborhood is also wonderful. They are the only storefront like this. Multilingual and many forms of payment accepted.

Koots has an awesome selection of products, including vape cartridges of various strains from Mexico and the US. The vibe at the store is trendy and casually upscale, with prices to match.

The second time I bought a cartridge from them, the product had a leak - they had no problem replacing it (in fact, upgrading it) for me, and it was a very easy exchange. It was the kind of positive CS experience that definitely deserves a 5-star review.

Amazing, could not reccomend more. They swiftly responded to my questions via google, I turned up, expert staff who spoke perfect english, got exactly what I needed, happy!

I actually bought some flower without much thought or review, and it ended up not hitting for me and my friends. I texted their WhatsApp and came back in the next day, and the managers gave me an awesome discount and exchanged for a high grade cart (that I already know I like) and top shelf flower. No questions asked. I will definitely come back, I wanted to try more of their designer live resin pens but traveling light on this visit to cdmx.

A wonderfully pleasant and educated experience the only place I go to now. Clean secure and the best for staff. The merch is sick as well.

Hey guys, long story short: there’s not a single better place in CDMX for what you’re looking for. Between the service, the quality of the product, the prices, and the attention, you guys really do not have any other option.
Came here for the first time as a friend recommended it to me; “everyone knows it’s the best place in the city” and so it was.
