Hole in the wall, but food was delicious. I got the chilaquiles divorciados. They give you bollillo as an appetizer.

Although I wrote a review of this restaurant, I would like to explain HOW we got there. We took a hike from Guanajuato to all the way up to the restaurant. It took us about 4.5 hours but there are several spectacular views! Monte de San Nicolas is one of the stops. Then delicious Enchiladas de Pollo and Flan are waiting for you 👍🙌🏻

We came here for brunch. I remember the beautiful view by the window. An overall tasty and authentic experience for me. We were served mezcal in "jicaras" with orange slices... must order as a digestif, so yum!

The food was delicious with authentic Mexican flavor. The place is big and accommodates several large families, so its noisy, but the food is worthy. It has a great window that overlooks at La Sierra while you eat. It's at the edge of a little dusty town between Dolores Hidalgo and Guanajuato, Mexico :)

De La Sierra is a great Mexican restaurant located literally on the top of the Sierra mountains. The food is great and the environment and atmosphere are hard to beat if you love nature and mountains. I've gone back to this place at least eight times and plan on going back many more.

If you're planning on visiting La Sierra for the extraordinary Mayolica ceramics, then it's absolutely necessary that you still by this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Fantastic!

Great food, generous portions, fair prices. The place is quite big. Plenty of room to social distancing in these most unusual of times.

It's a great trip up to Santa Rosa and the Resturant de la Siera serves a great meal. I highly recommend this restaurant be added to your agenda will visiting Guanajuato

Try to catch a table next to the window... this will let you enjoy the meal and the view at the same time.... both are amazing...

A cheap place with really good food. On Sundays it can be crowded and the service slow but other days it’s better.
