Before renting a car in Mexico I read through many reviews, most of them, well basically all of them were very negative. It felt like getting scammed is a part of the rental process. However it turned out to be very straight forward and pleasant experience. You have to be careful though, driving in Mexico is a challenge on its own. Be sure to not damage your rental car and clean it properly afterwards. Go to check out early, do not rush them, be polite and simple.

I was nervous about all the reviews but overall it was a smooth process. They did place a $13k charge for the car deposit but it was pending and removed. I recommend taking pics/videos beforehand since the cars do have some cosmetic damage already.

Great friendly service. Shuttled from airport to the lot. The staff are very helpful and professional. It's Mexico, always get extra insurance whenever renting a vehicle.

Wir haben hier für eine woche ein auto gemietet, es hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wir haben einen relativ neuen automatik-wagen erhalten und sowohl pick up als auch Rückgabe haben problemfrei funktioniert. Die Kaution war innerhalb von Minuten nach Rückgabe freigegeben.
Eine wichtige Information, wir haben im Voraus eine vollkasko Versicherung abgeschlossen und brauchten daher keine weitere Versicherung und uns wurde auch keine versucht zu verkaufen.

Definitivamente la mejor opción para arrendar un vehículo. Los vehículos están en excelentes condiciones y no hay cargos ocultos: lo que te dicen que vas a pagar es lo que finalmente pagas: ni un peso más.
