It was the first time I used this so in reality it was very kind too new for me and I didn't even know where to exit I noticed that it was very impossible for me to actually work with Telcel 5g I never got to get a Didi service V because I was never able to connect to the network By Telcel so be aware of this!

It's a little confusing trying to find the exact bus you need to get on depending what part of mexico you want to be in. The workers do try to help as much as possible. in the morning drinks and snacks are given! every bus I have been on movies are played throughout the ride, the seats and bathroom are always clean.

THE REAL UNEXPECTED JEWEL OF MEXICO. CLEAN SAFE AND VERY EFFICIENT. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL. MOST OF THE BUSES ARE CUSTOMIZED AND ARE NICER THAN ANYTHING YOU WILL FIND IN THE USA. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Very efficient first, business and airport busses are better but all of them are good, the company has many options of direct bus service to different destinations.

Clean and safe buses, service is good. Bus stations are are in good shape, obviously there is room for improvement but Pullman does a very good job moving people around.

Once more using Ejecutivo Dorado servíce to get to the Airport. On time and great service as usual.

Great friendly service, you get some cookies and a drink when you board. The buses are nice and clean seats where way more comfortable then my flight over. They even has a restroom. If you need to take the bus this is the company to go with.

I always travel with this company's buses to go to the airport and back because they are very professional and punctual. The only little thing I don't like is when the guys who handle the luggage ask for a tip. Most of the time I don't travel with cash!

This bus service are very good,and clean, they have their terminals all over. The one I use was from International Airport Benito Juarez in Mexico City. I travel from Mexico City to Cuernavaca Morelos Mexico, and the prices are almost $20.00 dollars not bad at all also they have a TV that you can see a movie during you travel also the bathroom are very clean they have tables and seats for families almost looks like a RV.also you get a free or included bottle of water or juice and cookies😁😘

This bus services are nice, they give you a little snack with a drink, sits are comfortable, movie projection on a little TV screen, personal is nice fully recommendable.

This is an inexpensive way to get to or from the airport in Mexico City, there bus Ejecutivo Dorado is the one to be in, really nice ride, has a 4 seat table configuration to work o play card with friends, and the ride is plush you won’t fell those bumps on the road.

This mexican bus is 1st class. Cool, relaxing, and clean. Nice comfortable seats they give you a snack and drink and turn a movie on. Sooo nice!!
