FRIENDLY AND SERVICE ORIENTED MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES STAFF. FACILITIES ARE CONTINUOUSLY MAINTAINED IF NOT IMPROVED.
FAIRLY PRICED FOODS IN THE RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY THEIR SUNDAY BUFFET - BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.

Half price compared to Long Beach, USA and so much better food at the hotel restaurant. The Chef can really cook good seafood, my favorite was oven baked fish in aluminum foil. Staff is friendly and helpful, I can recommend this hotel.

We love Vera Cruz and this was the perfect hotel.

We could see the gulf from our room.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was really nice, with a nice view as I mentioned.

The staff was great! Check in, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff were awesome.

Ofrecen café, té y galletas por la mañana y por la tarde colocándolas en los pasillos para que te sirvas a tu gusto.

En servicio y atención de primera, las habitaciones podrían mejorar, en otras ubicaciones los hoteles están mejor equipados, recomendaría componer los cargadores tesla, aunque el cargador generico funciona muy bien, es la única opción y si se descompone se me complicaría demasiado....
