Santos is very attentive and patient. Lots of foods variety. Native Chicken recipes and tacos. Perfect after being so hungry after swimming at the Cenote! Very nice ambience. Lots of sitting areas (tables and chairs) in a very spacious outdoor dining area. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend to everyone!

Very beautiful place. The Cenote experience was really well organised, the Tequilla tasting was also good. Loved the coffee one! The Lunch was good, with vegetarian options and a delicious Lima soup. The service was good, Santos was very nice and made us feel very welcome. There was always someone cleaning and the whole space looked very well looked after.

Amazing experience, beautiful cenote, refreshing cold water.
Lifejackets are mandatory if you go down to swim, it is 50MXN per person. Locker is 20MXN. Dressing rooms are OK, food was fantastic.
It was part of our guided tour to Chichen Itza with Sat Mexico.

Mexico has thousands of cenotes and you must visit at least one of them while there. This cenote has great facilities and gives you the perfect opportunity to swim in one along with the catfish. There are convenient changing rooms and a nice restaurant to enjoy some local Mexican cuisine in after your swim.

my favorite cenote i saw in mexico! it is unusually big and deep, but the water is shallow enough that it is warm. breathtakingly gorgeous. you need to rent a locker and a life jacket to enter, i think 60 pesos each or something inexpensive. totally worth it, i could spend forever here. there are also lots of other good activites and a delicious all you can eat buffet!

The food is literally so good, the taco bar made my day! The cenote is also very pretty and fun to swim in - the stairs were a little scary though

Cenote is Superb !!!
I'm here as a part of day trip and had a Cenote Dive-in, buffet lunch.
The place itself is calm and pleasant. I would suggest everyone who visit Chichen Itza also visit Cenote Chichikan.

We didn't get to explore all the grounds because it was thunderstorming when we got here, but that didn't keep us from safely exploring the cenote and enjoying the lunch buffet. Be careful on the stairs going down to the cenote! I recommend one person on them at a time. The platform to jump into the cenote is also super cool and worth doing.

The place is magical that I thought I would only see it in Shadow of the Tomb Raider videogame!
Prepare your knees and warm up cuz the stairs are narrow and deep. But they are safe and the construction is solid.
Lifevest is a must too and they have a locker so your stuffs are safe.
Renting a locker and life vest is cheap too. $3-$5usd.

We went on a guided bus tour and ended up here for a cenote swim and the buffet. We first did the buffet and absolutely loved it. There was a good variety of food and even a fresh taco section. The drinks require an extra cost and staff come around asking you want any drinks and they were so friendly. We went into the cenote after and honestly the cenote was so pretty from above definitely walk around the cenote from above before you go for a swim. The only annoying thing is you need to pay for a life jacket and even a locker. We suggest you bring water shoes also as it is quite rocky in some areas and slippery. There were so many fish and they do bite if you stay in one place and there were turtles here too! The water is a bit gross so definitely shower afterwards! We would totally recommend people coming here for an experience.
Toilets are here and they were really clean.

Stunning! Almost completely unknown to tourists and yet so developed and well done. It's a super friendly place with 5 star service. 150peso to enter or 300 including a 3 course meal. One of the prettiest Cenotes in Mexico I think! (I've seen 8) Easy to reach via taxi for 120 peso each way or with your own transport. Hardly anyone around at any time of day.

I had the most incredible experience at Cenote Chichikan! The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with 20 different items to choose from. Every bite was a delight for my taste buds. The highlight of my visit was interacting with the Maya warriors, who were not only happy to take pictures with us but also charged a reasonable amount. Their friendliness added an authentic touch to the overall experience.
As I entered the cenote, I was immediately struck by its sheer beauty. The cool, refreshing water and the majestic surroundings created a sense of tranquility and awe. It was truly a magical place to explore and appreciate the wonders of nature.
I highly recommend visiting Cenote Chichikan to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure. The combination of delectable food, friendly Maya warriors, and the breathtaking cenote made it a truly exceptional experience. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this enchanting place.
