Fiesta Inn Aeropuerto Ciudad de México

I had a lovely stay at Fiesta Inn when I had a 18 hour layover. There is a complimentary shuttle that runs to and from the airport. Very friendly staff. Patricia was my waitress at dinner. She was very lively and helped me pick out dinner. Manuela was also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful too! I do not speak very much Spanish but everyone was willing to help me figure things out. I would highly recommend staying here if you just have 1 or 2 nights between flights.

Lovely hotel with great service and pricing. Started last minute in Mexico City before the flights back home and loved it there. Wish I could enjoy the inside garden (only had a chance to walk through). Personnel is very pleasant and helpful, needed an extra towel and it was brought up to us. They also let you know about their free hotel to airport services, it’s very helpful.

If you need to stay close to Mexico City's Airport, this is a great alternative. The restaurant has a very nice buffet and the "À la carte" options are really good as well

We have missed our connecting flight as a result of a delay of our first flight to Mexico City. Our airline placed us at Fiesta Inn for the night given we were rebooked for the next day. We have upgraded our room to the Prime Suite and we really enjoyed our room. Not too modern but very spacious and comfortable. The food at the a la carte restaurant was very good for dinner and the room service breakfast as well - we haven't tried the buffet which looked decent. We have received top notch service from all the staff at the hotel without exception. Special mention to Martin at the bar which gave us extraordinary service and made us try typical Mexican drinks. There is a complimentary airport shuttle, which was also extremely smooth and pleasant. Only downside to the hotel is that we've been told not to venture around the hotel at night, which we didn't as we were told it might be unsafe.

Having worked in the hospitality business I was impressed with the attentiveness shown by the staff at check in, at the bar, at the restaurant and from the manager just asking if all was good I met in the elevator. The rooms are very clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel is spread out which I think reduces the noise, just follow the good signage. Anyone on a long layover should consider this establishment, easily reached by the hotel shuttle from door 4 at terminal 1. The food is also good.

What a pleasant surprise. A legit oasis right near airport. Didn't want cookie cutter chain hotel on my layover. ( I had trouble with shuttle so study that out prior unlike me who didn't! I'm sure you can walk there because so close but confusing for me with airport traffic lanes and luggage) I'm in a newer executive room behind reception in building C. I'm facing an inner courtyard on ground floor with full doors that open to green zone with no traffic and totally silent except for birds. WiFi fantastic and easy to connect. Had delicious meal in restaurant and lovely service . I read another tip that likely helped me; Sign up for their rewards program prior. Pretty sure I got upgraded due to that and maybe wifi connection really easy.

Perfect location for a stay next to the airport. Staff are helpful and rooms are superb. It is a big complex where there are only 2 floors for guests, a wonderful and surprisingly quiet stay. The buffet breakfast is the best in my experience. They offer shuttle buses to the airport terminals which is a major bonus.

As I rode up to the hotel, I was expecting less. It really is the most pleasant oasis in a large city, with winding paths through a calming green area. The rooms are well appointed, quiet, and comfortable.

The thing that several of us noticed, though, were the smiles. Everyone greeted us warmly, and honestly, did everything imaginable to ensure a pleasant stay.

Special kudos to Enriqui (bellman) who was constantly looking for ways to be helpful, and Efren (concierge) who will find a way to make things work smoothly for you. The hotel is dog friendly, but I never experienced any of the problems pets can cause in less well planned properties - my gig and I were equally happy and comfortable.

Short version - if you can, stay there - you'll be glad you did!

The food here is excellent. We had the breakfast buffet and ordered off la carte for dinner. Not cheap but excellent, clean and large portions. About a 8 mins shuttle ride to the airport. Rooms are standard, a little tired. Good option.

I had a cancelled flight and was rebooked on a flight for 5 am the next day. I easily found and booked Fiesta Inn that was just a mile away from the airport and with a free shuttle that runs 24/7 which made me feel much more optimistic that I wouldn't miss my very early flight. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is kind and helpful and there's a nice gym and swimming pool in addition to a cafe and restaurant on site. Great place to spend the time between flights or for whatever reason, I recommend.

We did not expect to stay in this hotel, but Volaris unexpectedly extended our vacation and they booked us here. Overall it was good. We loved our waiter in the restaurant. We even adopted her to our family. We called her Tia Pati Lopez. We were a group of 6.

This hotel is well cleaned! It is also closed by to the airport & best of all they offer FREE shuttle ride to the airport. Employees there are also very kind, caring and attentive. The Starbucks drinks & sweets are delicious too! The food at the restaurant is tasty, just wished it was a bit spicier! My family & I only stayed there for a night, but we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back! :)

Great customer service!! Hector and Enrique were some of the sweetest most approachable and helpful gentlemen we met while stayi g here. We stayed during a layover to Peru and we loved it so much we booked again for our layover on our way back. Definitely recommend 👌

A good place, very close to airport with free shuttle every 30 mins. Extremely nice staff - Enrique particularly helpful and kind. Room was comfortable. Food in restaurant fine. I tried to check in 10 mins before 3pm as there was no queue then. They said impossible. They made me wait until 3pm at which point there was, of course, a queue. Why waste guests’ time in this way? Let guests do paperwork and pay before 3pm then come give them the key in the lobby at 3pm to minimise pointless wait time and longer queues.

Easy Check in, concierge service is impeccable. Surprisingly, how large the hotel is laid out. Incredible breakfast buffet, friendly staff, 5 star treatment at 2 star price!

It's great value for service. It's very near the Airport on terminal 1 gate 4 You take the bus that goes around every 30 minutes or so.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Close to the airport. The airport shuttle was constantly taking people.
