Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe

This last stay was amazing at the hilton. I had some issue with the temperature of my room and was immediately accommodated. Jonathan was great concierge service and always welcome us in and out as well as taking care if personal belongings. Highly recommended.

We spent one night with you and really enjoyed our stay. We would particularly like to emphasize the helpfulness of Luisa at the reception and Frank, who looked after the executive lounge in a first-class manner, as if he could guess wishes.

Super nice, welcoming, helpful, accommodating staff. This is a solid biz hotel in a perfectly convenient location for me.

Truly a wonderful Hilton property. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. If you have access to the executive lounge it is also great. Definitely a great choice for business travelers

Despite the hour-long commute to work each day, it's completely worth it. The service is top-notch, and the food is simply fantastic. I genuinely relish every dining experience here. Should I return to Mexico in the future, staying at this place again would be a definite choice.

This hotel is excellent! From the lobby to the bad to the pool and gym, everything is fantastic and the service team are flawless.
Good location in Santa Fe, walking distance to shops, mall and restaurants.
Rooms are comfortable with good size tv and walk in shower.
Distance to-from airport is ok, it can be bad during peak hours.

Outstanding experience. Everything about this hotel was awesome. Staff was so welcoming and very engaged. Breakfast had so many options and the food was delicious. I had one small issue with hot water in my room and Jonathan handled it absolutely perfect.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The temperature control was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options, with fruit, pastries, omelettes, eggs, bacon, sausage, sandwiches, cheese and meat. The executive lounge is worth it, if it is an option for you. Breakfast and HH were complementary there, and is a nice place to relax, read, etc. The pool and gym were satisfactory.

Excellent hotel. Great location for business in Santa Fe. Shout out to Jonathan the concierge, extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, and just about the best concierge I've ever met, and I've travelled a lot for business. Also great bar work from Jonatan (I hope I've spelt that right!).

Absolutely perfect stay. Nice I have chosen it again. Really the best Hilton in all of Mexico City area. Very accommodating staff which really tried the best to make me feel welcome as the Hilton diamond member. Especially Louisa and Adrian were very nice and friendly. Nothing to complain, and believe me that’s rare for me .

Hilton Santa Fe in Mexico City is a great hotel to stay in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the lounge is beautiful. The hotel is also located in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and attractions.

This hotel was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and stocked. The concierge was very accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel had ok food(tried for breakfast and dinner, separate days), but I personally didn't like it that much and chose to order out the other days.

The pool and gym on the 15th floor were really nice, but while I was there, the days I had free, it was cold or raining, so I didn't get to enjoy as much. Remember, no laundry on site, so if you want it done, you have to bring it down around 6am or 7am.

It is also connected to the mall downstairs, which has various restaurants(just use your room key to get down there). Overall beautiful hotel and the bathrooms were gorgeous! Would definitely stay again!

Visited to celebrate my birthday with my partner. Cesar the front desk supervisor went above and beyond with personalized service to make my stay truly unique and enjoyable, He upgraded me to a very spacious suite after I told him I was here for my birthday.
I am a Hilton a Diamond member and was able to enjoy top quality service and wonderful hotel amenities such as the Diamond executive lounge which had Diamond member breakfast and evening happy hour, truly enjoyable with the incredible views from the terrace which had plenty of seating. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and offered assistance. My room was very spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning and great hot water pressure. The suite had a wet bar with fridge, table sitting area Including a separate living room which made relaxing much more enjoyable. Plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows.
The hotel was connected to the mall which was super convenient to Selecto supermarket, vip movie theater and some good restaurants.

Veronica from housekeeping was truly amazing. She serviced our room a few times and ensured the room was always super clean and refreshing after a long day. I wanted to give her a special shout out for her personalized details which impact in a meaningful way. I had some flowers my partner gave me just in the sink as I didn’t have a vase. After she serviced the room my flowers were in a vase with a personal note that had a positive message. Again it’s the little things that are truly meaningful. She made me feel happy and special. Sometimes hotels forget the true meaning of “personal touch” Veronica is a asset to this hotel for her wonderful service.
I hope the hotel General Manager reads this to know how amazing the staff is. Truly 5 star service. I travel allot and this is a hotel I won’t forget. Truly Hilton Diamond level service.

Great place to stay.

Spent a week at the Hilton for business. The attention by all the staff was incredible (from reception, restaurant, housekeeping); they were great! The room was comfortable and spacious. Nice shopping mall here at the hotel and a nearby park ("La Mexicana") to walk around; would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and elegant details. The photos don't give credit enough. The rooms and spaces are more spacious and confortable than the pictures might show. It's above to a mall and connected to other plazas, you'll find everything you need in a walk distance.
